SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!
SCAM!!!!! If I could give them a -100* I would. I purchased adult diapers from them on the 21st of January 2021. My money is gone and no matter how much I try to get hold of these people there is no response. I phoned, emailed, Whatsapped - NOTHING!!!! DO NOT waste your money with them. They are fraudsters!!!!

A customer for life.
Outsurance keeps dazzling me with their amazing service. I've only had the best experiences with them. My mom has had a fender bender twice in a year and her claim was processed immediately with no problems. I also recently bought a new home and within a few months had a leak come through into my dining room. Outsurance processed my claim immediately, even though I'd only been paying insurance for the house for a few months. There might be cheaper insurance companies out there, but I'm an Outsurance customer for life. Thank you and keep up the amazing service.

Simply the BEST!
I've been using Takealot for many years now and I've only had the best service from them. My order always gets delivered on time and intact. A few days ago, an item I purchased last year stopped working (it has a 24 month warranty). I contacted Takealot and within a few hours I got a response from Chad Daniels, offering to have the item collected and replaced right away. I am blown away! Thank you Takealot and thank you Chad for your amazing service. I will remain a loyal customer for many more years to come. Keep up the good work.

Bad Service - Choose another airline if you can!
Last year, my family of 4 people booked flights to Greece on Lufthansa. Due to personal reasons my mother was unable to return with us and had to extend her stay resulting in her not using the second half of her ticket. I contacted our travel agents in South Africa and they told us we would get a partial refund from Lufthansa within 90 days. It has been 6 months already and today a Lufthansa representative said they won't be refunding us for a partially used ticket. I think this is shocking! For a company of their caliber, their service both in the air and on the ground is the worst I have encountered! I will NEVER use them again! It seems the only thing that matters to Lufthansa is your money!
