In the last 3 weeks I’ve bought 2 pairs of K-way shoe and it’s the worst investment ever, the shoes are so uncomfortable for when you are wearing them for long periods of time. They look nice but the comfort level after a few hours is horrible. I highly don’t recommend k-way to anyone unless you are throwing them away
Worst company on the face of this earth. I’ve ordered items from SHEIN and I noticed that they have an incorrect delivery address, I called in to correct this and the call centre advised was so horrific. I called in a few hours later to confirm if the address correction was escalated by the previous advisor and it was not. Nothing was done but then the current agent I spoke to then escalated the incorrect address, Saturday I received a call from the currier company confirming the delivery of my parcel in the next few minutes. I asked him what address he had and it was still the incorrect address. I then called in this morning and spoke to another call centre agent but then the line suddenly dropped, 4 agents after that dropped the line on me. I still don’t have my parcel.
Yesterday Afternoon I visited Jerry's Burger Bar on Heritage road in the CBD. I’ve been wanting to visit the restaurant as it comes highly recommended. As me and my significant other walked into the door a group of white people was sitting off to my right hand side and a particular white lady turned around and looked at us as if we are out of place and kept on staring at us. We proceeded to get a table and started to order, our drinks came reasonably quickly and the service was delayed but polite. The waitress confirmed that the food will be ready in 10-15 min, 30 min later I tracked down a waitress and required about our meal. A few moments later the food arrived and I asked the waiter the bill immediately because I’d rather just leave My onion rings was still filled with oil and the burger was just above average, my significant other said her Filly cheese was okay at best and but she really loved the plating of the food though In all, not recommended.
Once again vodacom has proven that they can deliver negligent and **** service without fail. I called into the cancellation department to give my 30 day notice that I'm not upgrading my contract. The person I spoke to failed to register my notice, now I have to pay for another month for a contract has become redundant to me. Vodacom's staff is basically forcing money out of there customers, **** this man. Year after year the service of vodacom is deteriorating. I wouldn't recommend vodacom to anyone.
Yesterday I called into Vodacom regarding the termination of my contract, the prompt service directed me to a Mr Mdlovu (Amos Mdlovu) in the Cancelation Department. He introduced himself and made a funny comment about the weather I proceeded to convers with him regarding my contract : it was more like talking to a friend. He tried to turn my arm into taking a cheaper package and for a moment he almost had me. He was so helpful throughout the call and explained everything in a very plight manner. For the first time I'm years Vodacom impressed me with their service.
Dear Vodacom My name is Angelo Abrahams and I'mm writing this email to you with much disappointment. I've been a pleased Vodacom customer for more than 15 years now, but for the last 2 years the quality of your sales personnel has dropped substantially. During the end of last week a Vodacom sales person contacted me offering a add on contract to my existing cellphone contract. She offered me a contract consisting of 5G of data and a WiFi rooter at an additional R150 per month, I then kindly asked her if the 5G of data can be diverted to my contract SIM card and she said Yes : and I accepted. Yesterday I received the WiFi rooter, but in the contents of the box was also a SIM card. Shortly thereafter I contacted the Vodacom customer care service for verification that the 5G of data will be diverted to my contract SIM cards. Then Customer care transferred me to the after sales department where a gentleman explained that the 5G of data can not be diverted and the contract was for 2 years and not a add on contract as she explained. He also admitted that the sales personnel will say anything to make the sale. And while I'm on the subject, when I first started my Vodacom cell phone contract I asked the gentleman if I can keep my existing Vodacom number and that the R110 airtime I'll be receiving every month be sent to it he also answered Yes and the following week when I went to pick up my cellphone, I asked them about the airtime and they replied with "he never told us to divert the airtime" I went back the following week to confront him but all he has to say was I forgot to tell them and since then I was forced to use the new number. And now a similar situation is occurring and need your assistance please. Kind Regards: Angelo Abrahams
