I purchased the Osbourn coffee table, it stains easily, even a coaster and coffee table book will stain/scratch the table. They also take pictures on delivery and post them on social media without consent and don’t remove them even when asked politely several times.
The products are super luxurious and the customer experience is great. I’m always happy with my purchase and always return to purchase either online or in person.
The sales team is amazing. Super luxurious fabrics and very fast delivery. I was extremely happy with the service.
I had a broken washing machine and fridge of which I informed Smeg of within a week of delivery, however it was only resolved after 4 months and I also had to persistently follow up on when someone would come out to repair my items. It was a horrific experience. I will never purchase another Smeg item again
I placed an order and they didn’t have the product however they charged me for it and claimed they’d refund me but never did. It was such a mission I eventually gave up. The order also took very long to arrive. No follow up after my complaint. Terrible service.
Made a booking a week ago and it wasn’t captured. They made it seem like I had made a mistake and called the wrong number. When I produced the evidence they didn’t even bother to apologize for the inconvenience & claimed to be fully booked. Very poor customer service
