NEVER USING STAR EXPRESS AGAIN
We have used Star Express a few years, and for the ONLY TWO overnight URGENT parcels we had to send, and double and triple checked that it's marked as overnight, they have not sent it as overnight, instead, their excuse every time is: "It's on a truck in the middle of nowhere right now, there is nothing we can do about it." We will NEVER use Star Express again.

I have cancelled my DOTSURE pet insurance more than 6 months ago, and gave no one permission to sign me up again. Woke up this morning to exactly R837.88 deducted from my account? For them to make money...
