Excellent service and turnaround time
I purchased a delicate chair on auction in Johannesburg - they wrapped and safely transported it to me within three working days. I am a very satisfied customer and will be making use of their services again!

Giving logistics a good name
Very quick delivery on goods i ordered in Cape Town. Quick service and my fragile packages arrive in good condition. Excellent rates. I can recommend them to anybody and will definitely be using the more.

Don't Use
I ordered a puppy from petfinder.co.za on the day of delivery I was informed that above the transport fees I already Paid I now need to Pay another 16 500 for the Crate the puppy need to travel in. According to the contact person I will get R16 000 refunded with delivery. There were massive push back on my cancellation of the sale of the puppy indicating no refund, the breeder also said she would pay half if I pay half. I'm currently Reporting this to the Mastercard Fraud devision.

Your service sucks
Terrible staff, very unhelpful, very rude. i called asking for assistance and they put me off before i even asked what i wanted to know. ive been trying to get a hold of the boss and even shes been unhelpful. i knew someone who worked for them who left because of the same rude behaviour, they have favourites in the work place just like they have favourites in who they choose to help. will not recommened to anyone. TERRIBLE!!

Terrible staff, very unhelpful, very rude. i called asking for assistance and they put me off before i even asked what i wanted to know. ive been trying to get a hold of the boss and even shes been unhelpful. i knew someone who worked for them who left because of the same rude behaviour, they have favourites in the work place just like they have favourites in who they choose to help. will not recommened to anyone. NEVER USING STAR EXPRESS AGAIN
We have used Star Express a few years, and for the ONLY TWO overnight URGENT parcels we had to send, and double and triple checked that it's marked as overnight, they have not sent it as overnight, instead, their excuse every time is: "It's on a truck in the middle of nowhere right now, there is nothing we can do about it." We will NEVER use Star Express again.

Star express Couriers are a star!
Star Express couriers in Somerset West responded quickly to my calls and readily provided costs for sending my parcels to Johannesburg. Fieka Latief was efficient and courteous and the driver came on time as promised to collect from my home and the collection was speedy. The items were delivered promptly and without any problems.
