NEVER USING STAR EXPRESS AGAIN

We have used Star Express a few years, and for the ONLY TWO overnight URGENT parcels we had to send, and double and triple checked that it's marked as overnight, they have not sent it as overnight, instead, their excuse every time is: "It's on a truck in the middle of nowhere right now, there is nothing we can do about it." We will NEVER use Star Express again.
