Brilliant, honest and quick service.
Brilliant, honest and quick service. Their diagnosis for the repair of my printer was handled so professionally and the repair was effected 2 days before the promised deadline. Then when I had software hassles, they were able to effectively sort me out remotely. I highly recommend them!

Good service for documents to major centres but other items off the beaten track, a bit less efficient.
I used Postnet as the local drop-off point in Kloof, Durban (South Africa) and they were very efficient. My passport documents arrived in Durham, UK in exactly 4 days. So they were on time and efficient, but not cheap (R500). Earlier in the year, I sent a small envelope with a soft toy to Oslo, Norway and it took about 8 days to eventually arrive and then the recipient had to pay customs duties which was not expected, so they were not so efficient there.

Brilliant for Covid PCR tests
From advertizing to test centre location (Hillcrest High School Sports field) to taking Covid tests and speed of PCR results (<8hours) service was excellent

Courteous, cost effective and efficient service
Whenever I have needed assistance with hearing aids, from the receptionist to the audiologist, the Hillcrest branch staff have risen to the task with courtesy and efficiency. When I recently lost a hearing aid, they were able to check which type I had bought 5 years earlier from their branch in Somerset West and order a replacement which I received in just a few days at a very reasonable price.

On time, hassle free, but costly
Airlink's flights to Tete Mozambique have been easy to book, on time and comfortable and hassle free. On board catering is fine, considering the short-haul flight. The only downside is the cost. The cheaper tickets sell out quickly and a recent booking for a return trip from OR Tambo cost over R8000 which is more than the cheapest tickets to London Heathrow! #WIN

They politely persisted despite Covid and Christmas
Prompted by Axxess ISP, Openserve technicians came as promised to the house and when they found problems, reverted, even to the point of coming on Christmas Eve! They were polite and efficient, although a little more notice on the last visit would have been appreciated. Everything worked well and they explained what they were doing adequately.

CNA -Musgrave Centre - seems to have lost the plot
While staff try to be helpful at this branch, the woeful lack of stock is appalling. When I asked a staff member when certain items were due to come in, they had no idea as it seems they don't get informed when re-stocking must take place. This shop has a kind of dying vibe.

Cheap, good admin but poor delivery
Following a good value for money quotation and excellent administration from their head office, the Eezi Move crew arrived at our home in Somerset West right on time and quickly loaded all our boxes etc. The delivery of our goods to storage in Durban was on the day as required although the arrival time was later than anticipated. All but one but one box made the journey as it appears that the crew in the Cape did not tag it with their sticker. It appears that some boxes had had a rough journey and the delivery crew were not as professional as their head office.

Quality admin; Quick & cheap but actual moving teams are too slick, rough and open to stealing
Eezi Move offered a very good rate for my part load from Somerset West to Cape Town and their head office staff were prompt efficient and clear. The crew arrived right on time and very quickly loaded the small consignment. However, on arrival in Durban, one box, that was not accounted for in Somerset west had disappeared. (It seems they failed to put one of their own stickers on the box so that it could not be traced - this is a problem when you have 4 guys working very quickly). It was plain to see that the actual moving staff on the trucks do not show the same care or ethos as the admin staff. On top of that, at the storage facility, one of the crew entered an unlocked vehicle and stole a wallet.

Termination trials and TRIUMPH!
When I tried to terminate my service online, I got a reply to acknowledge it but then the service was not terminated as requested. I had to phone the call centre, get a reference number and the 2nd time it still was not terminated as promised. However the 3rd attempt got a positive response, although I had to go to their offices to explain my situation and was dealt with very efficiently. A dispute was declared and Telkom agreed to refund me, and in the end, I got much more than I had anticipated!
