Paid for an order from Woodmead on the 11th of July. Quoted by Makro. Nearly a month later the order has not been delivered in full and the store is just ignoring communication. Ndiimafhi Nephane Shikombiso Khoza
I ordered some goods online, the invoice provided does not scan as it is to feint. It also does not have my VAT number on the invoice. I contact the "ecom" email at 09h53 to request a reprint. I also queried other products I want to buy. Three and a half hours later, they couldn't even acknowledge my communication. So i send a follow up. This is also being ignored. So I use their contact page to solicit a response...but also that is ignored. Seems they quick at selling you stuff, but then terrible to provide any other service. More than 24 hours later, I've even emailed Johan Zwarts who is a supposed manager. No quotes, no VAT invoice. Rather buy from Buco guys. These guys are useless.
I have been a subscriber fir 3 1/2 years. So I fell behind on my subscription by a month and Vox suspended my line. After many many emails, making an arrangement to pay an additional R200 to reconnect my line, my line eventually went on. Vox did not respond to any of my emails I must add. So I assume they have accepted the arrangement. Last week I get a suspension notice, I inform them that we had made an arrangement. No responses, as is the norm. But I get a "ticket updated" response. So as the client I have to make my own assumptions. I assume they acknowledge that I made an arrangement. This morning my line is disconnected. Fortunately I am now out of contract with VOX and will be finding a new provider for my area. One that communicates....hopefully

Excellent all round service. Gave me sale prices even though it ended, stock available immediately, lightning fast responses. Why wouldn't you want to shop here?

ASK YOURSELF, DO YOU WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY LIKE THIS ?? Disappointing Experience: Unreliable Delivery, Poor Communication, and Unprofessional Behavior As a long-time customer of Exclusive Leather and Skins, I've experienced a significant decline in their service quality over time. While their craftsmanship is acceptable, my recent interactions with the company have left me deeply disappointed. Despite assuring a timely delivery to my customer, the company consistently failed to fulfill their delivery commitments. Delivery dates were repeatedly missed, and instead of providing transparent explanations for the delays, I found myself constantly following up with the owner Pieter Fourie, only to be told that he would get back to me. This lack of reliability and poor communication in their delivery process added unnecessary frustration to the situation. Furthermore, when I attempted to address these issues with their team, particularly with "Anita Deminey" at their factory, I encountered a dismissive attitude and a refusal to acknowledge their shortcomings in communication and delivery. Anita offered no solutions and instead displayed an uncooperative attitude that further exacerbated the situation. What's more concerning is their decision to withhold delivery based on a trivial matter, such as the use of a word they deemed offensive. It was clear by then that they were not capable of doing the delivery, and merely used this as a means to get out of their commitments. Adding to the disappointment was their unprofessional behavior when I voiced my concerns. It is important to note that it was the owner who specifically resorted to threats, threatening to give my business a bad review as revenge if I chose to express my dissatisfaction publicly. Instead of offering amends, the customer is punished for complaining. Moreover, the inconvenience was further compounded by the fact that I had to arrange for my own vehicle to collect the goods, adding an unexpected logistical burden to the situation. As a result, my customer experienced another day of delay in receiving their delivery. In summary, while Exclusive Leather and Skins may offer acceptable craftsmanship, their unreliability in delivery, poor communication, dismissive customer service attitude, and resort to threats as retaliation for complaints significantly tarnish their reputation. Prospective customers should be cautious and consider these factors before engaging their services. Additionally, it's worth noting that they have banned me from their Facebook page, indicating a reluctance to address customer feedback and concerns in a transparent manner. Just need to stress that apparently I used "offensive" language to the factory manager in that I said "Jissus" after 3 days of frustration and her bad attitude. This was deemed reason to not deliver goods already promised for 3 days. No point in finishing the work early and then not following through on commitments. It's bad service and bullying.
The service provided by this company is remarkably subpar. Order fulfillment takes an exceptionally long time, extending into weeks. Unless you directly contact a salesperson to address the issues, your orders are likely to remain unprocessed. My experience involved ordering sample goods, initially without any setup fees. Suddenly, a R175 setup fee was imposed. To exacerbate matters, I had to make additional payments for two separate orders. Unfortunately, the client services email, which supposedly addresses such concerns, proved equally ineffective as they consistently passed the responsibility onto someone else. It's disheartening to find that a company of such stature and prominence can be so challenging to engage with.
I recently made an online purchase from Flooring Depot, and my overall experience has been quite disappointing. The website showed all the items I needed, but upon placing the order, I was informed that not all the items were available. This lack of inventory accuracy led to an inconvenience and frustration on my end. Furthermore, the customer service promised a prompt refund for the unavailable items, but unfortunately, that commitment has not been fulfilled. Despite multiple follow-ups, I am still waiting for the refund that was assured to me within a specific timeframe. The lack of transparency and failure to meet promises has left me dissatisfied with my shopping experience at Flooring Depot. I would caution others to be wary when considering purchases from this store, as my encounter has been marked by unfulfilled assurances and delays.
Even after leaving a bad review, this business has made no effort to rectify or improve the service. Multiple requests for a simple thing like a VAT invoice is just ignored. I would definitely not recommend this business to anyone,
Placed an order on Wednesday the 29th, received a phone call on the Friday to be told it will be delivered on the Saturday. This didn't happen. called the store on Monday and after holding on for 20 minutes was told by Andile in the online department that it will be delivered today between 10 and 11. I received an update from the courier, wrong delivery details on the order, wrong phone number and the courier says it scheduled for Wednesday delivery. I have a truck waiting to leave for Botswana, bit it cant, because Makro is an *********** company of people. I'm now holding on, hopefully i can speak to the Store manager, but I know...i wont be able to, company to useless.
