They have done a very good job, my vehicle was scheduled for completion on the 25th of July, but someway somehow Prime pulled some strings and my vehicle was ready for collection two weeks before time. Thank you so much for the efficient services.
The first time my vehicle was supposed to be released from Bradbury Panelbeaters it was discovered that the water bottle is leaking, they had to extend its stay at their workshop so that they can fix it. After the vehicle was released back to me I realized that the PDC sensors are not working and now I found out that the water bottle is still leaking just that it's not leaking as it was before. It seems like with them to get the vehicle back to its condition you have to take it back to them a couple of times in order to do a good job because of the poor quality control at their workshop.
I regret the day I joined PMD, they offer the worst services ever. It's been 3 months now and my car is still at the panel beater because they supp**** a wrong bumper and they don't want to be held accountable. I don't even know how it happened that they supp**** wrong stuff in the first place if they used a VIN number. It's incompetence at every area of their business, it's a nightmare. I have been calling the complaints department but it seems PMD is the same in every department. I have been warned about this PMD but I didn't listen, I fell for it because their premiums are low. Wait until you claim, then you see why they are cheap. It's because they are trying to cut costs in every thing they do. It took them 3 weeks just to supply a bumper and when it finally arrived, it was a wrong bumper. It's because they insist on buying the parts themselves and supply the panel beater. I wonder where they buy their parts from and which courier company they are using to take that long. People be warned
