EXCELLENT SERVICE, THANK YOU
We had such a great experience with Renew It in Mount Edgecombe. From start to finish the service was efficient, professional, and incredibly well organised. The communication with both the team and our insurance was clear, responsive, and seamless, which made the whole process stress-free. When we received our car back it looked fantastic — the dents were completely gone and the car came back clean, fresh, and beautifully finished. We’re genuinely impressed with the quality of the work and the level of service we received. Highly recommend Renew It if you’re looking for efficient, reliable panel beating and repairs.

Home Connect – Disrespectful, Dishonest & Frustrating
I’m writing this with deep frustration. I was a loyal Home Connect customer, paying R248/month on a flexible package. Then came an email from them saying that package would be discontinued. They provided a link to opt into a new package, which I did — well before the deadline. And yet they cancelled my service. When I followed up, they claimed they never received my opt-in, and told me I should have “followed up” again. I ask: why send a direct opt-in email if it requires a separate follow-up? That is poor communication at best, manipulative at worst. Still, I tried to make things work. I reapp****, even though all my details were already on file — same address, same equipment, same account. But instead of a smooth reconnection, they refused to reinstall my line and then had the audacity to decline my new application. So to be clear: I opted in through their official link. I was ignored, cancelled, and then blamed. I reapp**** — and was denied. Home Connect has wasted my time, denied accountability, and treated me with zero respect. I’m left without internet, without answers, and without faith in this provider. Avoid them at all costs.

Elegant and efficient watch
