Oxford claims and legal services are a bunch of frauds!!!
I can't understand how this company is getting away with robbery on the highest level. Firstly a police report isn't taken into consideration by them. We are to send through our own statement, with a sketch of the accident, a witness report (they don't follow up on any of it) and they keep you waiting for months to come back at you with the most ridiculous response ever as to why it is your fault where it clearly wasn't. My statement is way to long to type out but I can guarantee you that the accident wasn't my fault. This is there response lol "Please note that having reassessed the merits of the matter and the witness statement received, we will not be changing our position. The general principles and the most important duties of any driver are to keep a proper look-out and to drive at a reasonable speed. A driver who travels at a speed which does not allow him to stop within the range of his vision will be travelling over a section of the road blindly and may not be able to avoid colliding with an object previously unseen because of the speed at which he was travelling. Hence, the driver should regulate his speed so as to be able to stop within the range of his vision. A driver who is either not keeping a proper look-out or else driving at an excessive speed in either event is negligent. The damages on your vehicle and the our vehicle proofs without doubt that you were negligent. In the light of the above no offer will be coming from us." This is from their client jumping a stop sign trying to take a gap that wasn't there.
