I app**** for a loan online and and after four fays i received an email that it was approved, however the condition of the loan was to pay R2999.43 for insurance and for loan to paid to my acccount. I paid R3000.00 to their account and i was expecting loan amount to reflect on my only to receive email to pay R5000.00 which they said it refundable even the R3000 is on their letter of conditions. Then i paid amount waiting to get a loan, they then send another email asking for another 5000. I then ask then to refund me all they payment i did they said they will send me a letter of cancelation to cancel the loan. Its been a month they dont communicate and when i send email i got o e espond and when i ask the lady i was dealing with about my refund i was told i know too much. This people they say their paying bank is Esteem Trust Bank and they now quite about my refund.
We have logged a call on the 28 July 2023 # 96193, friday we told the call was allocated to technician. They dont update you or have a clear SLA, spoke to Brian on Monday they guy doesnt have customer service. Yesterday i spoke to wassim promised the technician will attend problem on Wednesday no call no update was done. There's always no supervisor or manager.
Router hasn't been collected drove to mtn westgate where Nomsa who was not so friendly told they can't book the simcard since its over ten days. The request was logged way before the tens days its almost thirty days waiting for nothings
I'm still waiting for Mondo to respond to my calls i've been doing to them regarding the wrong sale of sim card and router, I received this reference number: RCO130578 that it will be attended still waiting with and not impressed with them
I'm not happy with service received from mondo, I send mtn sim card for home usage with pocket router. The sim card is not working everytime I call them they tell me the return policy is 7 to 14 working days. I spoke to Mandisa Majozi to request their accounts not to debit cause I was send the wrong package, and also request that they listen to the call and give feedback. Nobody is calling no emails nothing, but they say I signed the contract hence they will debit me. So their agent can send wrong package for the sake of sales and nobody care to check why client is complaining as long g as they get their contract money. Signing a contract doesn't mean you milk a person his money especially when everything was done wrong by the person who is working for the company.
Great service from Lezaine regarding my sim card and router that was not activated and after receiving incorrect router. He was patient and very understanding with my query and help to resolve it.
