They don't have respect for their customers Treating Customers Fairly is a regulatory requirement that this company doesn't adhere to . No respect for human rights as you can go without water and electricity for days without any formal communication from them . Imagine staying in an apartment that doesn't have respect for your rights as a tenant
I was charged twice for my water bill ,only because my payments were not updated against my bill. Now that I sent them a proof of payment and my account is updated, protea metering is refusing to refund back electricity units that were taken when I purchased electricity because my account was in arreas. I need them to refund all units deducted from my electricity purchases as my water account is now up to date Regards NM
I had a contract with vodacom I reported them previously on hellopeter for a refund which they did But after the refund then he'll broke loose Vodacom debited again on a contract that has come to an end and to add to that they did not even five me any airtime but my bearue profile is dented by Vodacom that I exceeded their...I really don't know what they are about I can't take this anymore vodacom is harassing me I need my credit profile cleared by vodacom with immediate effect before my next report cause I owe them nothing and I know my contract to have ended in October 31 according to the sms they sent me According to my knowledge vodacom has closed my account and I don't owe anything as well not receiving airtime I'm shocked that I've exceeded my limit Regards Margaret
I had a quire with Vodacom internally that was closed without being resolved and no explanation was provided whatsoever as per promise given by one of their supervisors ...My contract is R175 but I was told I was behind with my payments which happened because of their own Debi check issues and was told to pay R530 , I overpaid the amount with 300 So literally paid R830 roughly and I'm still waiting for refund which was supposed to take 24 hours , checking my account with them that money has disappeared without any explanation whatsoever When I called to transfer my contract to prepaid I was told by a consultant that I need a contract of 6 months to keep my number, called in and a supervisor promised to send me an email to give me feedback but nothing happened
