Ultimate Cloud Solutions... Absolutely terrible service. From the date of installation I had problems. Had to nag them and involve the ombudsman the first 2 times... Then I gave up and got someone else to configure the APs, but it seems their faulty switch eventually gave up, and now the 5x APs are also done... Great way to lose 40k... Call these people... Absolutely terrible, none of them are at all helpful, now I'm sitting with a problem
It seems the only logical answer for capitec to refuse me opening a business account is because my income is not high enough but why don't you just mention this to me or your terms. I need to open an account for my inherited trust. I sent them the death certificates, the original trust deed AND the new letter of authority but they are terrible. And the reason I wanted to jointhem is because standard bank service is absolutely terrible, many times i need to redo transactions or wait a few days, and I get my notifications too late, account would be empty before I am even informed, guess I'll look at tymebank or African bank next Capitec, standard bank, fnb you 3 are a major disappointment.
These people rented from me and ended up running away and not paying Upon further investigation it turns out reason to run away is due to them *****ing from their clients as well as not being able to pay other people in the area they lent money from, myself included. I have screenshots as proof
Investors BEWARE! DO NOT buy in the jurisdiction of City Power. They do not care, you'll sit weeks with no electricity supply. They will ignore your pleas and requests for assistance
For a roadworthy centre apparently operating 17 years they could FIRST have told me that my vehicle would not pass due to the crack on the windscreen BEFORE I paid the R700... Then the other thing was my shock which has slight wear on it due to me hitting a pothole a year ago... They now expect me to fix all this in 2 weeks... Shock R4000, windscreen R2800... At Roodepoort and Randburg they first check the vehicle before you pay anything... My last time coming here, because I basically threw R700 away, I'll only be able to afford both repairs May Secondly very unprofessional for two employees to get into an argument in front of a client Rather spend an extra R50 and drive a bit further to one of the other 2 where you'll get excellent service

They do inspections half, I have a problem now, entrance inspection was fine., exit inspection they say the soap bracket was broken, in entrance inspection nothing noted, and I KNOW for a fact it wasn't broken
I purchased a sim tray for a p30 pro more than 3 months ago and have received NOTHING. Email them no response... Be warned before purchasing with them. According to their site they use DHL but they too can't find anything
I recieved an email that there's a parcel for me at customs and i must pay ZAR38 (2USD) after paying it then said pamper me and apparently I'm a member now. These people are false advertising and *****ing from the public
Tenant gave me a weeks notice to vacate, and didn't pay anything further, so i had to keep his deposit, this is for rent only. Utilities, damages, lawn, cleaning... What about that??? Tpn chose to honor the tenants dispute and i must just take the knock... Beware, do not waste your time joining TPN, rather go over to accountability
