DONT RENT OR BUY ANYTHING FROM ISEARCH

PENTAIR KREEPY KRAULLY ZERO SUPPORT
bought a Dominator pool cleaner 3/10/2015 from makro Silver lakes , I did the installation and the dominator cleaned for 5 m in and then just stopped. I then went back to makro and Obtained the support detail , and he requested that I must log a Call 5 October 2015 with Client Services , the booking was made for 7 October 2015, before 12h00, at 15h00 I phoned SUPPORT TECH on which he informed me that he is Jhb and that I am not on his list, I then Phoned the office number spoke to Client Service and she informed me that SUPPORT TECH will attend to me before 17 h00 Wed 7 October 2015. He did not pitch, He Then phoned me and said he will be at my House 09h00 Thursday 8 October 2015, at 10h00 I phoned him , asking where are you , he then informed me that he is not employed by me and that if I have A problem that I must email his supervisor, I then phoned the office number and ask for this supervisor, just to be informed that their no one working there by that name.I then asked to talk to senior management, after which I was informed all are out and some are in Ct . I then spoke to A Kevin Hill , who then came out and fixed the problem. N<br> <br> This is the Most Unprofessional Support Ever
