VOX is imposing a heavy cancellation fees on me becuase due to unforseen employment circumstances i have to leave southafrica permenantly. I need to pay 11000 zar as cancellation charges. I do understand iam breaking the contract but this cancellation charge is not reasonable. I also found a friend i can transfer my account to so that i dont have to pay the cancellation charges. But my firend is in a different complex . Have sent multiple email queries and customer centre telephonic queries after filling the form of ceding contract. Customer centre is clueless on the policies of vox. sometimes they say i can only transfer to same complex. sometime they say they can transfer to another complex. they keep ressigning my calls to different departments and the call drops off. Its frustrating becuse iam leaving the country soon and iam not getting a confirmation on my ceding contract query. Iam running out of time.Email query ref: VOX ********** . Account No: **********
I ordered a dstv decoder via dstv.com and mthe online payment on 20th June 2018. The sytem immediately tells me the decoder will bedelivered on 23rd June 2018. It also generates an email with invoice recipt and an order number 200618-682 with a hyperlink to track the order number with courier. Strangely this order number cannot be tracked on this link. Nor DSTV customer center can track this order number nor the courier company itself cannot track this order number. No one knows where my order is. Each time different agents in dstv tells me to try different things and no one really knows what is the process. I emailed dstvonline store email id,no response. I emailed ********** as per agent reference,such an email doesnt exist. I have been calling left and right to the call centre thay dont know how to assist me. Its frustrating. I tried the support link on dstv to send a query as well. I dont have any answers. Reference number ********** 8 on dstvonlinestore.
