Voda Hell.....crooks
I for the first time in my life opened a vodacom contract. they on the first month debited me twice R 217.86 . which did not make sense I called in and they told me they rectified it which they send me an invoice with credit. Next this the following month I get a debit of R99 which I was shocked but decided its ok its just R 99..I let it go ,,,next thing my phone is suspended. I call in to query and they run me around and around I send them proof of debits they do not acknowledge it they tell me stories after stories. When I wanted to cancel they tell me cancellation fees etc. which does not make sense I sent Proof and my bank statement. with no assistance. ********** ********** 902
