Atlas Finance is NOT help full with clearing one's name if you are done paying them. Your Credit Record will not be showing you do not owe them. They will tell you they will clear your name but it will not be done.
I had a problem, and Christelle Labuschagne from THE COURIER GUY in Vanderbijlpark helped me with this situation and she gave me the most professional help that I did not get from any other Courier Company. If you want help, in Vanderbijlpark with any parcels you are most welcome to go to her branch. She will be very helpful.
My account was paid up on the 3rd of November 2024. Atlas keep on telling me they are sorry they did not send the documents to the Credit Burau. After numerous calls they said they did send the relevant documents to the Credit Burau. Now today the 31st of April 2025 my Credit record still has not been rectified. Be careful NOT to have an account with Atlas Finance.
I paid my account up in November 2024 and till today my Credit Record was not updated. I send my paid up letter all over but no one want to help me take the account off my record. Atlas keep on telling me they will update my record but they do not do anything. My credit score has been affected so badly with Atlas Finance. Think twice before you use them.
I have paid my loan account in full. This is now the second month with a-lot of correspondence and emails and my name is still not cleared. They do not help after you have paid your account. This is still showing on my ITC.
They are well trained to help members
An Additional third decoder that I do not even have was connected on my account. I did not know. When it was time to pay there was an additional amount on my account. I keep on phoning, email and call. They just do not want to assist me.
I have been a customer of Vaal Networking for about three years. Following a significant storm, I had a difficulty, but it was quickly resolved. They do accommodate you if there is a payment issue. Help is always available after hours if needed. I won't switch internet service providers. I'm a satisfied client. Regards
Please explain to me why could the penalty fee NOT be taken off if you sent ALL membership certificates for the last 14 Years? Secondly how can you run the company actively if the people can't even find the right information and documents? Thirdly you don't even have the decency to phone or Sms a person when you declined of approved something. But we must pay every month? How is this better and acceptable? No you call and could not even get a number for new business accounts, but they can not reply on your email to explain exactly What documentation is needed?
