Placed an online order to Durban for Duram paint samples. Received 3 incorrect Colours !!! Order took 16 Days to arrive after being placed- I was extremely frustrated. Contacted support and a ticket was opened. Never received feedback. Had to call in support who promised me collection and refund before 10th December. Now it is 4th January and no effort has been made to resolve the matter. As this is my first order, i am utterly appalled by the terrible service received. I had to end up spending R100 rand fuel to go and find a local store for the products. The entire point of their online services is to eliminate the need for me running around, especially when i do not have time during busy work days. I had even paid a courier fee which i hope will be refunded alongside the unwanted products.
Appalled by their service. I have sent an email to inquire, no reply. I have sent TWO separate whatsapp messages to the number listed on their website and again no reply. I have been left on read. I have Placed my order on the 4th of May. It is now the 30th of June. Absolutely no reply to any query nor any updates provided. Website order status says unfulfilled. Suddenly, when you message a public platform namely instagram whereby other people can see a response to their poor service, they instantly reply to save their 'Image'. The reviews on facebook state " Fast Replying to queries". I can confirm that this is not true because i never even received a reply as yet. Unfortunately they do not allow for a 0 star rating therefore you see this 1 star rating. I cannot describe the disappointment seeing other people receive their orders being happy and here i cannot even receive a response to my query.
