Terrible service
I bought shoes online and on the same day i asked them what i can do if my shoes arrive and it does not fit, if i can then go exhange it for a different shoe and they said no as there are no teruns or exchanges on the sale items. I then on the same day requested for them to cancel my order and refund me. I got an email to say it was cancelled. Yet thet shipped it anyways even though i cancelled and asked for a refund before it was sheduled for shipping. It is irritating that i cant go to my nearest shop just to do a simple exhange if the right size. Ans it was also not right of them to ship anyways as i cancelled on the same day as i chose to rather go shop in store

Poor service woolies somerset mall
Worst service ever. I have been going to woolworths somerset mall 4 times now to get the longmarket barber range wax and everytime they have an excuse for why its not available. Today iy was it is in stock but we dont know where its now and will only pack it out tomorrow. No one has offered to notify me once available. No one has offered to order from another branch and i cannot order it online. Not use to service like this from such an establishment. I have received better service at pepstores.

worst service even at the Huawei
Having the worse service ever at Huawei shop somerset mall. no service at all, have been there 2 times, i need a new screen as mine has cracked and no one seem to be able to help me

Poor Service Game somerset mall
Bought a Russel Hobs blender at Game Somerset Mall a few months ago and it never chopped the fruit and veg very fine and then eventually it started leaking a weird black oil every time we used it. Took it back to game and have been without a blender for 2 months now. It took almost a full month just to track the purchase on my account before they could send it in for repairs.

R700 Bauer pan broke after 1 month
I bought a bauer pan at game for abiut R600-R700 and its suppose to be the best pan ever but after having it for about a month ir so the handle fell off while using it after using it only a few times. Who can i contact regarding this because i lost my till slip and the atore wont exchange without a slip and i cant find bauers details online.
