I cant believe that the incompetence that Affinity healthcare deliver to their clients. I requested this to be cancelled due to you poor service levels and incompetence! Yet again you deducted R 1577.00 from my account after the request made to cancel this plan on the 12th of August. I will gladly share my thoughts on social media on this matter. A stop order and reversal was made by Standard bank via my request. There was even a confirmation mail sent (attached) How will your so called scheme even pay Dr’s or hospitals in need. I’ll most likely end up in a GOVT institution. Gladly I can say that I have chosen Discovery to put me and my family at ease!!!!! STOP TAKING MY MONEY!!!!
On Sunday the 1st of June myself and my family went out to your horrible centre you call a mall. Everywhere we had been walking water was just lying on the floor due to roof leaks. I took a picture of a jewellery store and couldn't even see inside the glass cabinet as it was fully covered with water leaking from the roof. It amazes me that management and security doesn't take charge and start mopping up water flooding and dripping all over the centre. Is this centre safe to enter and is there even a compliance certificate issued, my guess no? What are you about to do about this, only after a structure collapse and injures someone. Please try preventative maintenance like it should be. I will be taking this further with the fire chief and city engineers. You are receiving huge amounts of rentals from tennant's and your job is to make sure the centre is a safe place to be at. What a disgraceful place and mismanaged.
