I've ordered a few jewelry pieces from them on the 7th of July 2024. I keep on phoning, emailing and leaving messages on whatsapp with no reply what so ever regarding my order. I would not recommend this company to anyone. As soon as they get your money the after sales is non existence.
I've done a online upgrade on 6 June 2018. After waiting longer as promised for the delivery of the tablet - I opened the parcels and saw that the keyboard was broken and no sim card was delivered. 15 June I phoned to report the issues-they explained the steps to return the parcel and that it will be sorted out within 14 days.. Today, 3 July 2018 I phoned to find out what is going on and when will i receive the upgrade-that I am paying for but do not have to use- and still none of the consultants I've dealt with with this matter can assist me with answers. My patients with Vodacom has ran out...never in my life I had to deal with such unprofessional, unsatisfactory service. I have 2x accounts with Vodacom-as soon as I can cancell it, I will be done with Vodacom for good!
