Glamor Gem is absolutely one big joke!!!!! No orders no refund!!!
Please do not EVER order or purchase from them. I placed an order on 08 September 2024 and paid R 199.00 (Order Number 2866). Also placed an order and paid in full R 249.00 on 12 September 2024(Order Number2881). They ignore your WhatsApp messages, they ignore your emails. They have send me a messenger message on Facebook, telling me "I am going through a lot at the moment" No orders was received, and absolutely no refund. I see that their webpage is also not paid as there is an error if you go to their website. Please do not be as stupid as me and trust them and pay for your orders.

This business does not deserve even 1 star. Took a month for the order and then the order is wrong. No communication and then the owner promise that she will deliver in the next two days. Then nothing. No communication at all. This business should reported on all social media.

Non existence sales and products
I've ordered a few jewelry pieces from them on the 7th of July 2024. I keep on phoning, emailing and leaving messages on whatsapp with no reply what so ever regarding my order. I would not recommend this company to anyone. As soon as they get your money the after sales is non existence.

I’ve ordered a lot of jewelery from them on 27/06/2024! Delivery is supposed to be within 10 to 12 days. They don’t reply to emails, any form of communication which is pathetic! BE CAREFUL BEFORE ORDERING FROM THEM

Glam not so glam after all
I purchased a product on the 15 November. On the 29 December I inquired where my parcel and tracking number was. I'm now told it will only arrive at the end of next week (5 January) as supposedly they take 10-12 working days to deliver. They then did not give me a tracking number. Unless I cant count, I'm well past the 1--12 day delivery date. I am so angry, this was for an event and now its being delivered (with no way to track it) in January !!
