It’s been more than 15 days (working days) since I lodged my claim, with NO phone call from MASHELE @ MOMENTUM nor replies to my emails sent (DAILY) to request an update and/or urgent payment of my claim. All I need to know is WHEN to expect payment as it, once again, is a vert small claim that needed to be finalized already! I promise I will lodge complaints from today (17/01/2025) on a DAILY basis on this platform until I receive my payment! This service is beyond PATHETIC and I will also make sure everyone at my previous employer, all membes of Momentum Fund at work) knows about this!!!!
It’s been more than a month that I lodged my claim and I’ve spent R350 airtime on telephone calls. Everyday I’m promised that someone will phone me back (MASHELE) and to date I have nit received 1 call. It’s not a huge claim (hundreds of thousands) BUT I NEED IT URGENTLY!!!! I need tio get an answer today!!!!!!
On 13 December 2024 all my documents forpqy-out was duly lodged. I was informed on 16 December 2024 that it was sent to the pay out department and irrelevant the public holidays, I will receive the money (take note NOT hundreds of thousands rands) as it is automatically generated! To date no payment was received. My phone call to them this morning confirmed that it might take 26 days fron today!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!
What a pathetic business - most probably ****mers 🤷🏼♀️. I’ve ordered the 2nd of July and still no response, nevertheless a tracking number!!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM
I post on begalf of my sister, R du Toit. She bought a conventional oven online on Monday, 8 July 2024. She forwarded proof of payment and they acknowledged it. The oven was supposed to be delivered today, but according to the online purchase, the payment was not received yet! Can someone please call her and attend to this matter URGENT!
I’ve ordered a lot of jewelery from them on 27/06/2024! Delivery is supposed to be within 10 to 12 days. They don’t reply to emails, any form of communication which is pathetic! BE CAREFUL BEFORE ORDERING FROM THEM
I’ve placed an order on 02 July, got confirmation and delivery was supposed to be within 3 to 5 days. It is way more than 5 days!!! I’ve tried to contact them, email them, all without success! Be careful when you order something from them! Service pathetic
Extremely bad service
I buy Avon products every month and on opening my foundation, I immediately noticed the color is not right. I checked the name and codes, all of which were the same. I tried to have it swapped in town at a store, who confirmed the color I use no longer exists. I’ve sent emails to Avon customer care with photos of both bottles, but since Tuesday, no reply, nothing, not even an acknowledgement of my complaint! Poor service and reason for me to not order anything anymore...
I have a pre-paid Vodacom account. Almost daily an amount of R10.00 is deducted "Vodaphone live". At my first enquiry on 9 May 2019, I was told it is for games which they cancelled. On Wednesday, 15 May I noted that the amount is still being deducted. I phoned again and it was confirmed that it is cancelled. I've complained on Vodacom's Facebook page, no response//reply. I phoned again this morning and now I must try and speak/reason with a robot named Tobi - I demand re-imbur*****t of R80.00 since I cancelled it on the 9th already!
