I would like to applaud Hellopeter.com for their outstanding customer service. A review being good or bad, you always make sure that it reaches the right people and I do get feedback. I am still giving Old Mutual some time as my mom's file is very old. Thank you Hellopeter for being the voice of reason. Keep up the good work. You are my number one speed dial.
I have been sending Old Mutual Superfund and Old Mutual Claims emails from February,2026 but I am getting no feedback from them, My enquiry is about my late mother's policies that I never claimed (about 4 policies and 2 accounts), It is a 1988 file but I have just received access to know what happened to those policies as I am the only child and never received anything. Old Mutual is giving me a cold shoulder as if they are hiding something. The ONLY email I received from them was saying I should provide them with the policy numbers. I was confused because I have attached documents with policy numbers. Anyway, I manually typed the policy numbers and sent them, from there, Old Mutual kept quiet. I was given this: AR: Deceased unclaimed/ claimed funds - Ref: [SF7143237] - Old Mutual Enquiry [CLAIMS29503264]

Am very disappointed and angry.. i went to Capitec Bank Crossings Nelspruit to report some deduction that i didn't authorize. I first called and i was advised to go to the branch. Firstly, the consultant answered her cellphone in front of me and apologized after she finished her business, while sitting infront of her...i told them that this is the second time this deduction happens and i dont want my card to be blocked as i paid R70 to replace it the first time it happened..i was given an option of either i block the card and get the refund or i pay another R70 for a replacement....i told them that i will cancel the whole account after getting my refund..another consultant jouned and told me to contact the company that is deducting from my account..i dont know that company ,so how will i find their contacts??? So,Capitec is telling me that evertime an unknown deduction happens, i always have to block the card and pay R70???
I ordered sunglasses on the 9th of November 2023 on Glamor Gem website. They say their order takes 10-12 working days to be delivered. I tried calling them on 061 516 6113 and sent an e-mail to orders@glamorgem.co.za, following up on my order. I have not received anything from these company, I do not even know their delivery company. They are just quiet. DO NOT ORDER FROM GLAMOR GEM, IT IS A ****. Ongifunayo angifonele. The driver who delivered the parcel (NETF03-00343437) at my work place was very very rude. he instructed me to wait outside for my parcel. I had to wait for him outside for about 2 minutes, it's cold and drizzling. I went inside the building , when he came after 5 minutes he told me that he will give my parcel to the security outside if I do not go out. he wont wait for me because he is in a hurry. he threw my parcel on the table not caring if the parcel is fragile. I asked him if that is the way they work at RAM, he said yes, and left. This is the second time he does this. yesterday he did the same thing and he was with a woman. the guy does not know what customer services is.
Bought a kwid climber on the 1st/03/2021..last week it didn't wanna start and i had to be jump started. Service was booked in renault nelspruit on the 15th/06/2021 (3days i didn't have a car cozbit didn't wanna start). Took the car in at 8am, 15th/06..no one callef me until i called them at 14:30pm to find out what's going on. Was told that i have to take the car back as i will wait 3days for the battery. I asked for a courtesy car but u was brushed iff. Went to the center where ny car was booked, u spoke to mark Fourier and he said he cant give every customer a courtesy car and it's not his problem and u didnt buy the car frlom him. I rephrased what he said and he bluntly said he didn't say that, am putting words into his mouth. I don't know anyone around who will jump start me every morning. Am stuck with a car that doesnt start..taking the car from their parking they had to jump start me..i have pictures. Anyway am a black woman..surely whites are treated differently
Eyewear Optometrists Shop 22, Valley Hyper Shopping Centre, Cnr of, Samora Machel, Nelspruit.....I will never ever in my whole living life go to eyewear, NEVER. You will do the calculations with them. 1st option not suitable then took the 2nd option (their so called special) happiness. When is collection time BOOM, you have to pay extra, out of +-R2900 cash that has already been paid and repeatedly explain on how the medical aid savings work as if you deaf . BOTTOM LINE IS, I DO NOT HAVE EXTRA CASH TO PAY. It's either they reverse my monies or i get the glasses as they wrote on their paper (no extra costs written). I regret not going to Specsavers (I've never experienced such with them since I started wearing glasses ages ago). lesson learned, i'll stick to what i know.
I stay in a block of flats (double story). 3 flats on ground floor and 3 flats on the first floor. The geysers for the flats are installed on the upper floor units (first floor). There was a geyser that burst, and it was overflowing between flat no. 1 (ground floor) and flat no. 4 (first floor). Owner of flat 4 called plumbers to check the geysers. The plumber found out that the problematic geyser is for flat 1. I alerted the owner of flat 1 and she claimed from her insurance to replace her geyser. Plumbers came to replace the geyser and they had to cut open the ceiling on flat 4 to replace the geyser. Before the cutting open, I personally asked the plumbers if the ceiling is going to be fixed, they said yes, the insurance gave a go ahead. This happened in March 2021 (around the 10th). The insurance company am dealing with is TELESURE INVESTMENT HOLDINGS. Telesure sure sent someone to come and access the damages. The guy who came said the whole ceiling needs to be replaced and should be painted. Today it is the 31st/05/2021 and my ceiling is still wide open in my lounge nogal. TELESURE said they will pay R6184.05 to fix the ceiling and they wanted to give me cash. How so mara? What about the labor? I did not agree to their offer. I want them to bring their own plumber and see if the R6184.05 will be accepted. I do not want cheap material on my roof. I asked them if it was a white lady, were they going to drag their feet and undermine me as there are doing right now. I feel insulted and disrespected by TELESURE. HORRIBLE SERVICE…
