Very happy customer, they are reliable with the best ever service!
Wont lie was skeptical before making my purchase, went through with it and and was left with nothing but happiness. Quick delivery service (3 days as stated), best quality product delivered as anticipated and expected, overall I'm a super happy client! Will definitely order from here in future, love the wide variety of options available to me as well. Its such small things which bring me delight!

A review from a skeptical realists perpective.
I don’t usually write reviews, but I wanted to share my experience for anyone feeling skeptical about buying from EyewearSA. At first, I was hesitant myself. I had seen their reviews on HelloPeter and felt they weren’t great, but also not “red-flag bad.” What caught my attention was their pricing — it was much better than other sites, so I decided to take the chance. I ordered a pair of Oakley sunglasses along with additional lenses that they sell separately. Right after payment, I received a confirmation email (which landed in my junk mail, so keep an eye out for that). To my surprise, just two days later my order arrived — perfectly packaged, in excellent condition, and with very fast delivery. For context, I’m based in Pretoria, so I’m not sure if location played a role in the speed, but overall I am very impressed. The service was reliable, the packaging was secure, and the whole process felt professional. I can confidently recommend EyewearSA and will definitely be buying all my future eyewear from them. Very happy customer here!

I was hesitant to place my first order but took a chance and ordered a new pair of Oakley sunglasses. Eyewear SA delivered within 4 days. The courier company communicated the delivery very well. Based on my first experience I placed a second order for replacement lenses for an old pair of Oakleys I had lying around. Same thing, EyewearSA delivered the lenses within 4 days, courier company again communicated the delivery very well. I have however sent a few emails to EyewearSA asking a few questions and to date have had to response, so their direct communication isnt great, but they delivered the products they promised quickly and as per the website. I have no problem recommending them.

Zero service
Take my advice and just never use this useless website. First you order something, only to be contacted 3 days later (by when they promised delivery), that they "cannot find it in the warehouse"...eish man. Then they say they'll deliver on day "x" only for you to need to chase them two days after. Then they say the courier company tried to contact you, and because they couldn't talk to you, the parcel was not delivered. But you have my address!! Just bring the parcel to the address...like every other delivery company on earth does. Their couriers are FastWay - best you never use them also. As I post this I still did not receive what I paid for (more than two weeks after the order), and now need to commence the painful process of trying to get my money back. Massive pain in the backside. They are simply not worth doing business with. Stay away.

A pleasant surprise
I was a little skeptical after reading the reviews here, but I also know that people are more likely to complain than compliment. Also, the sunglasses I wanted have been discontinued by the manufacturer and are out of stock everywhere else, so I decided to order them on EyewearSA. I placed my order yesterday afternoon and payment was quick and easy. When I got home this afternoon my parcel was waiting for me. I was expecting it to take at least 3 days, adding in a weekend, I was only expecting to receive them next week. Very impressed with super fast delivery time and the ease of payment and their user friendly website. The only reason that I do not give 5 stars is that I had to search all over the internet for product information on the Serengeti sunglasses. There is very, very little information on the website about the size, darkness or shape of the sunglasses... only a side angle photograph and whether or not the sunglasses are polarised. I would recommend this website if you already know what you are looking for and need an efficient and fast delivery system.

Eyewear SA value for money brand name Eyewear
I recently purchased a pair of sunglasses at a very good price from Eyewear SA. I was very critical of their slow rate of response to emails, to the point where I regrettably wrote a threatening email, which turned out to be totally unjustified.
