Promises broken; communication non-existant
Best to avoid this business. Communication, in particular, is its weak point. The make a promise and immediately break it. And they lie to your face as frequently as making promises. The guys they send to service your gas heater can barely speak English, which is not helpful on any level. Try someone else. These guys are not worth the stress and money.

Zero service
Take my advice and just never use this useless website. First you order something, only to be contacted 3 days later (by when they promised delivery), that they "cannot find it in the warehouse"...eish man. Then they say they'll deliver on day "x" only for you to need to chase them two days after. Then they say the courier company tried to contact you, and because they couldn't talk to you, the parcel was not delivered. But you have my address!! Just bring the parcel to the address...like every other delivery company on earth does. Their couriers are FastWay - best you never use them also. As I post this I still did not receive what I paid for (more than two weeks after the order), and now need to commence the painful process of trying to get my money back. Massive pain in the backside. They are simply not worth doing business with. Stay away.

Job half done - communication none
We employed Power Plastics for the quality of their pool covers, and their ability to provide a solution to us that other cover manufacturers could not - which we really appreciate. The cover is of good quality, and the design fits our pool perfectly.<br> <br> The problem, however, is the severe lack of communication from the Sales Consultant. Not only was implementation promised for one week, but delivered the next, when implementation did happen, the job was only halfway done. Big promises of completion within a few days - we're two weeks down the line and ZERO response from the Sales Consultant - no phone call, no e-mail, nothing. <br> <br> Surely they should communicate with me, and I shouldn't be chasing them for communication?!?! Who is the customer here???<br> <br> Luckily I still hold 50% of the purchase price. One can only hope that they want to make profit on the cover installed, and not just leave it. So just a warning from my side: if they say Friday, they mean Thursday a month later...
