These guys are incredible. There product selection is great. There prices are great. There customer service is amazing. I highly recommend them
Friends & I recently had a meal at the Drop in Okavango Crossing. The service was at a snails pace & almost non existent. One of the items we ordered never arrived at the table, but it was included on the bill. My friends said that they had similar bad experiences at the particular branch. The food was good, but the customer experience is seriously bad. Come on guys..... get your act together
I dealt with Krystal Munsami via WA who helped me when I wasn't able to update my address details on their app (the address update page asks for a country, but there is nowhere to capture a country)
What a TERRIBLY disappointing experience. The lady who initially called me to inform me that my contract was due for upgrade & who assisted me with upgrade options was top notch. After that I was put through to the supervisor to confirm the contract upgrade. Since then I received 2 separate calls wanting to confirm my upgrade - really/?????? Upgrade call happened on 21 Feb & when I called now to follow up `I was informed that the iPhone contract I wanted is not available. SERIOUSLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Totally unacceptable & NOBODY got back to let me know this????????? This is sooooooooooo NOT ACCEPTABLE
Wow, wow, wow!!!!! What AMAZING customer service. U guys are like a breath of fresh air…… Professional, friendly follow up on your promises. Where do u find a company these days who sees u’re trying to do an online chat (which is bombing thanks to bad internet connectivity) & then THEY (without asking) call u back. When it comes to customer service u guys exceed EVERY benchmark. Keep it up
