Glam not so glam after all

I purchased a product on the 15 November. On the 29 December I inquired where my parcel and tracking number was. I'm now told it will only arrive at the end of next week (5 January) as supposedly they take 10-12 working days to deliver. They then did not give me a tracking number. Unless I cant count, I'm well past the 1--12 day delivery date. I am so angry, this was for an event and now its being delivered (with no way to track it) in January !!
