Yooohhh Pathetic Service
The service has been absolutely pathetic, from the beginning right up to now. I’m honestly just hoping that the so-called “09:30 Collection” they promised for tomorrow actually happens, because nothing else they’ve said has proven reliable. They lost my documentation, ignored my emails, and the information I received was constantly inconsistent. You practically have to harass them with calls before anyone even bothers to answer. I dealt with Anthea Matthews in admin/sales and Alex Hendriks from logistics, and the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. The level of disorganization and lack of urgency was unbelievable. Their handling of the situation left me embarrassed in front of my superiors. This company might have had a good name once, but whatever reputation they had is long gone. The service is shockingly bad, extremely unprofessional, and absolutely not worth the frustration. I would not recommend them to anyone. Ever.

Miway Happy Client
One of my business van was in an Accident on 25th August. My Claim took a bit of time which affected my business operation, however as soon as the assessor Mr Vongani Mashimbyi got hold of it within 2 days everything was sorted, Am only awaiting a payout. Very Happy within Miway. Keep it up

What a **** of sh*t!!! A old **** of **** who isn’t ashamed! I bought a garage door from him to date am still waiting. Promises and sh*t excuses every chance he get! Useless! I wish someone can deal with him once and for all! At his big age his not ashamed.

Mix Telematics is Rubbish!! Never do any of their work!! Pathetic!!
If they was 0 star I was definitely going to rate them 0. This company is very useless !! The staff is so rude like nobody’s business! I join them to give them a try and now am regretting! I cancelled the contract last year and paid cancellation fees! Only to remove an invoice and call from +27 665712874. The lady so rude and shouting at me that I need to pay and if I didn’t go through the T/C’s is not her problem. Am so ****ed off! Guys let’s just stick to Tracker the Original company! This Mix Telematics Africa is rubbish!!

HORRIBLE TRACKING COMPANY!!!!!!!!
The most horrible tracking company. Never attend any issues whatsoever. All they can do is debit customers. Phone never answered. No coming back. just pathetic service. To cancel my membership now I have to drive to their offices. NO TO MIX TELEMATICS AFRICA!!!!!!!!!!!

Definitely Not Buying from the ever again!
Very great products they are selling at affordable rate. The only problem is their return policy. I bought 13k worth of stock , I tried to return them after 2 days only to be told that because their scratched I’ll only get 8k refund. They will take it as second hand like ***! Am surely never going back. The owner is very rude and inconsiderate.
