Steps to follow when signing any contract: 1) Ensure you understand what is offered with this contract. 2) Read the contract on your own time and do not sign under pressure, there is no rush and the service will still be there tomorrow or next week. 3) Make sure you understand all the clauses, point by point. 4) Do not pay anything before you are happy with #2, #3 5) If you think you are ready to sign, complete #2,#3 THREE more times. 6) Do some research about the company and read some other reviews. 7) Give more credence to reviews written by reviewers that has been with the platform for more than just a few months/weeks and who had reviewed some other companies as well.
Still no customer service, Still no response from this company, even after the message here that they will get back to me ASAP. Eager to help you sign up for their service, but after that it is almost like there is no one to help.
No Customer service! No Helpdesk to resolve account and billing related issues! No phone number to call! Poor service!
With previous trading experience, this service is a Total Abomination. Not what was described by the salesman in terms of functionality and trade ideas. Very limited functionality on the Simulator, which is (supposedly) training you for the "Bells and Whistles" LIVE version. This is like being told you are buying a PORCHE and getting an UNO.
The sales pitch of the trading software and capabilities and the actual product once installed is as far apart as the moon from earth. There is a total misrepresentation of this software and what it can achieve. At first glance the so called trading Simulator lacks the different buying options like Limit, Market Orders which gives the user no control of what price the user pays for the stock at the initial buy point. You can basically only buy at the live given price at the moment of execution. The stock recommendations are nothing else than the top gainers from the previous day with some Trading View analytics, whether it is a buy or sell recommendation. Again no additional tools provided by AimX to achieve their (bullish) profit targets. After realizing this, due to previous trading experience on other platforms, I tried to cancel this product for which they give you a "5 workday cooling off period" (as per the consumer protection act), but cleverly enough they only book the 1st training session on the 5th day, making you wait the "cooling period" out without having access to the platform to assess it. This is clearly done on purpose. No response from the technical assistant (Stephan) who did the training, on any of my concerns so far. Be very aware of this company.

Edgars decided to hand my account over to their collections department for a charge that was actually done fraudulently probably by an insider. Someone used my account to by Airtime for a phone that I do not own. VVM collections have been calling me non-stop about this although I supplied all the relevant information they have asked for, including a Sworn Affidavit stating that I never bought any airtime on my account ever! But it's like talking to a different rock every time they call explaining the whole story again as the system does not show the caller all the information. This has been going on for probably a year... I kid you not. Can someone at Edgars for once and for all sort this issue out?? How difficult can it be and all this for a mere R80.00, how much Have they sepnt up to now to try and collect this, but it's a principle matter. I will not pay for something I did not buy or get from Edgars. No wonder they are in financial distress.
I tried to cancel a Fiber service (change of ISP), and sent TELKOM all the documentation for the cancellation. I had to still pay for the line rental portion but they never acted on the request and kept on billing me for another year! I followed up multiple times re-sending emails to several different people at Telkom with no luck. Now I find out I've been blacklisted due to their INCOMPETENCY! ***? How can this even be legal!? Just another SOE being mal-administered and ran into the AFRICAN SOIL at the expense of every tax payer.
