After placing an order with Daro Pets in Pretoria West for my small business, I was sent an invoice for payment which I did. Nearly 2 weeks later I enquired where my order was and was told that the sales person was on leave and would check where my order was. A few minutes later the driver arrived at my shop with 1 item, we are not far from Daro. I sent the order back as I had paid for more items. No communication as to I will only be sending 1 item what so ever. I was then told by the sales person that I would not be receiving orders from Daro in future as we are out of their delivery zone!!!! I am literally 10 min away!! I then asked to be contacted by the director, which the financial manager contacted me and was so rude and basically told me that I only ordered 4 items????????? They discriminate against smaller local businesses and only care about bigger outlets! I told him his customer service was ********** after which I was told he is going to close my account and refund me. If they do not care about smaller businesses we can go elsewhere, they are not the only pet product supplier in SA. I highly DO NOT recommend them. Zero customer service what so ever!!!! I had to give them 1 star as I cannot give them NONE!!!!!!!!!!!
Rashida plastics do not care about smaller businesses. We have supported them for the past 3 years and unfortunately I can't purchase huge quantities due to space constraints. I placed an order beginning of December 2024, I had a customer who needed some merchandise. 13th January I contacted the rep and was told the order would arrive the following day. This happened for a whole week!!! I am still waiting for my order........ pathetic service and I do not recommend using their company. My customer is very upset with me and said she would not support me again. This is business lost for myself and them. Our current economic climate does not allow this type of service! Very disappointed
Everyday Capitec gezina there is an atm that is out of order. The queues to deposit are crazy. Bank staff will sit inside and not even come out to assist customers. This branch is ridiculous
Been at CAPITEC GEZINA Pretoria, for over an hour to deposit money. BOTH ATMS ARE OUT OF ORDER AND OF COURSE ONE CANNOT DEPOSIT INSIDE THE BANK!! Not one bank assistant will come outside and explain what is going on!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! THIS IS RIDICULOUS
We have been with Telkom for close to 16 years and for the past year we have had nothing but uphill battles with Telkom! We started experiencing "dropping" of our adsl line, you could not be on the internet or WiFi for more that 15 minutes without it lagging or just "going off". We contacted Telkom and had a technician come out to our premises (very pleasant and helpful chap) however our issues did not end! We have now cancelled our ADSL with Telkom. We also contacted Telkom regarding removal of their telephone poles which are situated inside of our premises. We need to build and would like to have them moved, we have been struggling for nearly 3 months now to get someone to come out and assess the issue!!! We keep contacting them with no results! It is disgraceful how such horrible customer service needs to be tolerated!
