I Purchased White Sunflower seeds 1Kg from Petscience. The quality of the seeds is bad. A large quantity of sticks and twigs etc were in the bag as well as Black insects that bit some of the seeds

After placing an order with Daro Pets in Pretoria West for my small business, I was sent an invoice for payment which I did. Nearly 2 weeks later I enquired where my order was and was told that the sales person was on leave and would check where my order was. A few minutes later the driver arrived at my shop with 1 item, we are not far from Daro. I sent the order back as I had paid for more items. No communication as to I will only be sending 1 item what so ever. I was then told by the sales person that I would not be receiving orders from Daro in future as we are out of their delivery zone!!!! I am literally 10 min away!! I then asked to be contacted by the director, which the financial manager contacted me and was so rude and basically told me that I only ordered 4 items????????? They discriminate against smaller local businesses and only care about bigger outlets! I told him his customer service was ********** after which I was told he is going to close my account and refund me. If they do not care about smaller businesses we can go elsewhere, they are not the only pet product supplier in SA. I highly DO NOT recommend them. Zero customer service what so ever!!!! I had to give them 1 star as I cannot give them NONE!!!!!!!!!!!

The most disgusting and disrespectful company that I have ever came across, especially having to deal with a man called wessels, not only will they force businesses to sell their products at a staggering +80% or +120% profit but if you do not do that they will refuse to supply you with their products even tho you legally bought the products and is yours to do with as you please and then I'm not even talking about that garbage of a man called wessels who will talk and treat customers like ****, if you're a fair and honreble person then do not under any reason do business with this company

I would just like to Thank Daro for their outstanding service. They went above and beyond to assist me with the product I could not get in the Eastern Cape. A special Thanks to Charles and Johan. My Dog is very happy! Happy Dog, Happy owner.

I have lost all my fish because DARO Aqua Chlor "CLAIMS" to remove chlorine. Switched over from TETRA Aqua safe (had no problems, moved over because of price) All my fish had chlorine poisoning and died within minutes of doing a water change using Daro Aqua Chlor to make water safe. I've seen other reviews of other people having the same issue and DARO has not responded.

In december i bought a bucket of guinean*** food from alzu in delmas.that was 15 desember.on the 16th december we found that the bucket of guinea *** food was actually a bucket of parrot food which can be deadly to guinea ***s.i took this back to alzu in delmas and they exchanged for a new bucket.i asked that alzu hq follow up on this.so far ive heard nothing from alzu hq or daro pet products.i just want to emphasize that i dont hold alzu resonsable in any way since they are a volume buyer from daru.i ost half a bucket of my food that i mixed into this bucket.i am however not worried about this lost product.What i am however extremely pod about is that i on 4 precious occasions send them emails about their qualitg control.my guinea *** got injured because of their quality control issues.i had unnessary costs but what is more maddening to me is the facts that MY Guinea *** had to experience pain and discomfurt since chewed and scrathed away part of his cheek trying to get this piece of dried fruit from out between his cheek and teeth.that p..s me off.so what i want to know is what are daro going to do about this.i want answers and i want them soon.DO NOT tell me either alzu or myself had to check.That is not My responsibality.its your and your quality dept area.

I recently purchased de chlorinator from Westpack with the name Grants (distributed by Daro). It was the 1st time using the above product and ion Tuesday (10.11.2020) my son did a water change using the product and it has killed 80% of my fish population (koi, goldfish, guppies and two other fish that I have had for about 3 years). I have called Daro and explained to them the situation and are still awaiting a response from them. Please do not purchase the above product if you care about your fish pets. I was so sad to have to bury these fish., some even had their lungs explode. Daro needs to be accountable for this mess. I have sent an email to jenny wit still no reply.
