This accounts department are so useless. I made a payment in June 2023 and have sent a million emails, spoken to various people and they have yet to credit my account with the amount paid. They should all be fired for incompetence!
Do not move into Evergreen Lifestyle Village Broadacres. Their care system sucks and all they are interested in is making money of the retired people that live on a set amount of money each month. It's gone downhill fast. They want to charge me for changing a setting for the hot water that consists of pressing a couple of buttons. My sliding door goes off the track and it's their problem and the maintence do absolutely nothing about it. People have left because they are so bad.
I have just spent my entire morning, spoke to 5 different people, have sent emails requesting a credit being passed on my account due to changing my contract. They are STILL charging me my old contract PLUS my new one. What a bunch of idiots!!! Don't try and change your contact with them. My old contract of 24 months was complete and due to the challenging time wished to reduce my spend. They charged me even more for 2 months when it should have come down substantially. If they don't sort this problem out I will go to another service provider after being with them always. Useless!🤬
