Used Dr Roof to waterproof our tile roof in May 2017 at a cost of more than R10000. We recently had a few heavy downpours and I noticed some water marks running down from the ceiling on one bedroom wall. Dr Roof offered a 48 month guarantee on their work so I called their office on numerous occasions to try and get someone out to come and assess any particular issue that would be causing a leak. It is nearly impossible to get through on any listed number and I left messages on two cellphone numbers. Eventually a person by the name of François (0824167946) called back and promised to send a crew out to my home. Weeks have passed and I have not seen or heard from the guy since. I've made several attempts to get in touch but to no avail. His cellphone inbox is full and you can't leave a voice message. I've sent messages to his number. Still nothing. Useless beyond reproach!!!!
I moved over to a month to month subscription after my Pricelock contract lapsed at the end of May this year. Every month DSTV payments still continue with the original debit order amount as before. On 6 July my service was cut off without notice and I contacted the call centre to find out what the reason was. call centre agent could not assist and 'escaleted' my issue which she assured me would be fixed within an hour. No change and one hour later I called again. New person told me again that she would have to escalate my issue. My service was restored 2 hours later. My PVR functionality doesn't work and Extraview is inactive. I have phoned 3 additional times and on 9 July I still have the same issue. Each time they tell me they will escalate my issue. I'm very frustrated and considering cancelling the subscription!
