Cell c 's poor service
Cell c legal are the worst to deal with. I don't know how long i have been holding for the line. since Monday i haven't been assisted. My number is 0736348273

Carbon Insurance administrators & Hybrid Risk Management ripping me off
I signed a policy that covered a retail value of R 178 000, the car is a write off, my Financer want a R1 77 740 to settle the car, they are now saying they'll cover me for R 167400 which doesn't make sense, they're now saying there is a new Auto Dealer August 2019 which has updates. There is also an excess that i don't understand, they told me not to call again. I last spoke to Nikie Du Toit who said i should never contact them as my insurers again.

Inadequate service
I only found that I was impersonated, someone opened a cheque account in my name with ABSA in Yeoville Johannesburg, Wandile and his Team leader gave me a reference number. My issue now is that my name is still not cleared on the ICT, it still shows that I am owing Absa and the money is escalating. The branch manager from Midrand, Gcobisa Bangani has been trying to sort it out but it is not working, it's been 2 months already and my name is not cleared and there is no one to assist. I need my name cleared today! My name is in mud because someone at Absa took a bribe to open an account since you can't open an account without a fingerprint identification. I don't have an account with Absa, and I need my name off your database. I spoke to Sophie from the complaint department, she gave me a reference number **********
