I logged a burst geyser claim three days ago and I have still not been sorted out. Surely this is priority. I am losing water and well, this is a total inconvenience. A service provider came out yesterday and no approval on quote or concrete feedback. I have made several calls, and each department is waiting on each other. Ref: 734693. My calls have been met with no service providers available. Such terrible service. What's the point of having insurance?

Endless non competence from the contractors they use. I have requested a plumber at 9 yesterday was told someone will come out between 3 and 4 after I had to do a follow up call. The contractor JP Reliable plumbers called me and the guy said they are fully booked, i then stated the urgency this after waiting a whole day for a response he got very agitated and told me he will call Carbon, i then however called Carbon spoke to Patsy who assured me someone wiill be here at 9am this am and she will raise this with the team lead and yhe team lead will call me, after 9 am this morning still no one gere no tean lead call. I now called twice already at 9.33am surely you have other contractors? Terrible Service, *********** Contractors this is now the 3rd time:( I

Endless non competence from the contractors they use. I have requested a plumber at 9 yesterday was told someone will come out between 3 and 4 after I had to do a follow up call. Thank you Carbon for your sufficient administration and assistance. I put my claim in, and the following day received my new laptop delivered at my office!! I really don't know what I would do without you guys!! Amazing service, very helpful and friendly.

I signed a policy that covered a retail value of R 178 000, the car is a write off, my Financer want a R1 77 740 to settle the car, they are now saying they'll cover me for R 167400 which doesn't make sense, they're now saying there is a new Auto Dealer August 2019 which has updates. There is also an excess that i don't understand, they told me not to call again. I last spoke to Nikie Du Toit who said i should never contact them as my insurers again.
