Professional, Excellent Service. Been a client for many years now and used their services after many years. My representative was detailed, gave clear instructions and followed up with me. Matter was resolved speedily and to my satisfaction.
Purchased a Black Fluidity Dress with Sequins on 10/05/2025. Came home and saw sequins missing. Tried to return the defective dress on the 12/05/2025 and was told, no refunds. This store sold me a defective dress, and they are refusing to abide by the Consumer Act. I should be given a choice to repair, replace or refund, their policy is flawed and shows ********* consumer practices. I want my full refund. A complaint has been logged to the Consumer Ombudsman, and I await feedback. Please DO NOT purchase from them. I used to be a regular, but NO MORE.
I logged a burst geyser claim three days ago and I have still not been sorted out. Surely this is priority. I am losing water and well, this is a total inconvenience. A service provider came out yesterday and no approval on quote or concrete feedback. I have made several calls, and each department is waiting on each other. Ref: 734693. My calls have been met with no service providers available. Such terrible service. What's the point of having insurance?

I app**** for a fiber line on the 16/03/23. A partial installation was done. I have been calling MWEB and Vodacom for the past month with no joy in resolving this matter. The fiber box needs to have ports replaced to complete my installation. Nobody on either side is taking accountability and I keep getting the run around. Disappointed is really an understatement.

Sheet Street Account Fraud reported in February 2022. No solution to date on my account. I have had zero correspondence from Management or Mr Price Group on this matter. Complaints lodged on this platform have not yielded any concrete responses. Pathetic, honestly!
I am posting on this platform for the third time about fraudulent purchases that were made on my account. I have received many promises that this retailer will contact me and to date NOTHING. Absolutely disappointing behaviour... Mr Price Group you are such a disappointment :-(
I logged a complaint to Sheet Street on the 22.02.2022 and followed all required processes needed for fraudulent purchases made on my account in January. To date the issue has not been resolved and I received no feedback on the status of the account. It's been a month, surely this should have been resolved? Come on Mr Price Group, let's see you action this.
My Account has been paid up since December 2021. I receive my Feb 22 Statement and notice purchases made and my account maxed. Called the call centre and was advised that purchases were made at 4 different malls in JHB on the same day. I live in DBN. All documents requested were sent to Financial Services. I now have to pay the R810 instalment and wait 30 to 60 days for them to resolve. Why? I refuse to speak to an agent - plus I have to wait 24 to 48 hours for a reply. Can someone competent from Management please call me to resolve.
