Carbon Insurance administrators & Hybrid Risk Management ripping me off

I signed a policy that covered a retail value of R 178 000, the car is a write off, my Financer want a R1 77 740 to settle the car, they are now saying they'll cover me for R 167400 which doesn't make sense, they're now saying there is a new Auto Dealer August 2019 which has updates. There is also an excess that i don't understand, they told me not to call again.

I last spoke to Nikie Du Toit who said i should never contact them as my insurers again.
