I logged a burst geyser claim three days ago and I have still not been sorted out. Surely this is priority. I am losing water and well, this is a total inconvenience. A service provider came out yesterday and no approval on quote or concrete feedback. I have made several calls, and each department is waiting on each other. Ref: 734693. My calls have been met with no service providers available. Such terrible service. What's the point of having insurance?
