Absolute blatant misinformation regarding product specifications.
This company is a total ripoff. None of the Specs of the products are accurate as advertised. I feel like i have been scammed and above that paid way more that i expected as i ordered multiple upgrades, was charged for them but never received any. Email just go back and forth and no real answers or resolutions. Absolute nightmare of a product and support. This is a cheap chinese toy advertised as a hi-tech quality product. Total scam.

Still waiting for feedback from a week ago. Asking why my Chronic Medication was rejected. Had a million excuses of why it's not being approved and told doctor would be contacted. Thats the last i heard.

Worst Medical Aid Support Ever. Try and explain that the Doctor changed Chronic medication and they have a million excuses why they cant help you. Never in my life would you think that a lesser dose at a smaller costs would be rejected. Always having problems claiming anything and the help when calling is so confusing....always leave it up to the customers to sort the **** out....useless medical aid.......hopefully i can change soon !

Had my Mercedes Benz sent to WilroPark motors for a gearbox problem. What an absolute nightmare , they sent my car to a so-called gearbox specialist who vandalised my automatic gearbox and basically destroyed the electronics . Have all the proof and expertise to prove wrong doing. This bad experience cost me in excess of R32000,00 .

It has been 2 days since my frustration started with a query regarding my depositor plus account. This is a fixed deposit account. The account was suspended without my notice or approval. It has been 6 months since it was suspended.I have spent approximately 2 days at the bank trying to sort a problem out they created on my account and i am still nowhere. Nobody seems to be able to help or how to rectify the situation. Constantly moved from one department to the next. Being put on hold for 40 minutes at the bank...just pathetic and very frustrating and there seems to be no light at the end of the tunnel.
