I had a tyre fitted by Tyre Point Queensburgh, which subsequently deflated shortly after installation. The matter was reported to the fitment centre, however responsibility was denied. I then arranged for an independent inspection by Supa Quick on 21 January 2026. The inspection confirmed that there was no puncture present, but damage to the tyre bead was observed. In their professional assessment, the damage was found to be consistent with incorrect seating of the tyre on the rim during installation and not as a result of normal road use or a manufacturing defect. Despite submission of the independent inspection report, the matter remains unresolved. I am currently in the process of obtaining a sworn affidavit from the inspecting technician and will be proceeding with the Small Claims Court with the assistance of Consumer Protection Services should this matter not be amicably resolved.

I Keep trying to email them at their customer service address and contact email address for their service attendants however there is never an answer, emails get ignored and the Phone number continuously rings. They have double-debited my account and doesn't seem like i will get the money back.
I have registered for SADV to do an installation weeks ago, they promised me booked an appointment for installation and no one showed up 1 week ago, i keep calling them hold on for more than 30 mins, they say they escalating it and nothing has even happened as yet, i emailed everyone they simply just ignore you! no one replies to emails or answers calls.NOT EVEN THE MANAGER ATISH BGWATHPERSAD
Good day all, my advise to everyone is to never use OSM Logistic for removals, Firstly they charged me an extra 1k to pack and collect my furnture from durban to jhb, they gave me an appointment at 10 and came 2 hours later. they could only deliver my furniture the next day because they came with 3 small built guys that could not manage they finish loading at 5pm . the next day was petrifying the guys started fighting with OSM Logistic only to find out that they where subcontracted and refused to offload because they was not paid by OSM as yet, they charged me 8100 and paid 2200 to their subcontractors, worst of all they Damaged my designer table due to the way they have packed their trucks and further damaged my washing machine and refuse to take responsibility of their actions
