Goodday to all I bought myself a DEWHOT GAS GEYSER 16Lt,, to save on my electricity bill, last year 2021 July. It was installed by Visalek Vryburg, installation went well, and all. Geyser worked fine,NOT FOR LONG, PROBLEMS WHEN YOU DON'T HAVE WATER PRESURE IT DOESN'T WORK IF YOU HAVE A PRESURE PUMP AND IT'S LOUDSHEDDING IT DOES NOT WORK IF THE FLOW IS NOT CORRECT IT RUNS SLOW IT DOESN'T HANDLE 2 TAPS AT ONCE Exc. CAN'T RUN THE SHOWER AND BATH OR BASIN AT ONCE IT WON'T HANDLE 2 BATHROOMS IF IT BLOCKS UP IT DOESN'T WORK IF THE BATTERY IS LOW IT WON'T IGNITE WHEN THE GAS CYLINDER IS LOW IT DOES NOT WORK IT'S THE WORST PRODUCT I HAVE EVER USED DO NOT BUY A DEWHOT GAS GEYSER RATHER BUY A HEATPUMP OR STAY WITH THE ELECTRIC GEYSER I asked for my money back but VISALEK, told me that they would only give me a 3rd of my money, and try to sell it as a used geyser.... It was only a few months old... .... I Did not expect it cos for the BIG loss of money I have had Visalek (installation company) out many times to, and every time they come out to fix what ever the problem might be, I paid for it. After a while I got tired of the problems so I contacted the DEWHOT company, they lookt into the matter, I told them my frustration, we didn't get far. This year month of May, 20:00 the evening my kids went for a bath, all was fine with the geyser. my wife and I went for a shower at 22:00, I showered first, got out and my wife got in, there was no hot water, went out to the gas cylinder and it wasn't completely empty, but it was to low for the geyser to work, replace it with a full cylinder, opened the hot water tap, ignited and burnt a normal blue gas flame and all of a soden it burnt yellow and the geyser exploded into flames, luckily I was still close to the cylinder and I turned the valve of,if I wasn't there or quick enough my house would have burnt down. Next morning I notified DEWHOT and VISALEK. Visalek came out to take a look, and said all was fine. DEWHOT said it happened cos of over gassing, regulator was faulty. VISALEK said it happened because there was bugs on the burners, the geyser was working just 2 hour before that, with no bugs on. Then VISALEK told me.... Problem was that the the company that fills the gas cylinders made it to full and it received to much gas(my question is what is the perpose of the regulator) Nor DEWHOT or VISALEK didn't wanted to replace or give me a refund on the gas geyser seeing that it was working, I ask for it to be tested, BOTH COMPANIES said that I have to do it on my own cost if they found that there's nothing wrong with it. I refused to do so,seeing that it was still under warranty and that I have had so many problems with it.... DEWHOT said that it was VISALEK, s falt cos of the installation do to the fact that the regulator wasn't working properly, VISALEK said there was nothing wrong with it. In October 2022 it started leaking water inside the geyser, I notified DEWHOT and VISALEK, DEWHOT said that it was dew to the fact that it burned and made a weak spot on the pipes, the pressure made it weaker and the leak st.arted.VISALEK came and fixed the leak and opened the geyser and seen that it had burned marks and tolded me they Never had a geyser that looked like that. VISALEK send me a bill for the fixing of the geyser, I told them I'm not gonna pay for it and they said that there might have been a misunderstanding, and that they will take care of my bill. But this does not resolve my problem, I'm still stuck with the DEWHOT GAS GEYSER, not getting my money back, and know I'm gonna turn of the gas and use my electric geyser. I have spend more money in the last year on the DEWHOT GAS GEYSER then I have ever spend on my electric geyser For me DEWHOT GAS GEYSER is the worst product and won't recommend to buy it or be installed by any company. Companies should advise their customers on there products, to give them the CORRECT knowledge to be guided to make a educated decision.

My naam is Josef van Dyk (Bokkie) van Vryburg Ekt nie al my inligting by my nie, dis by die Ricardo agent Supa Quick Vryburg. Ekt 3,4 Jr trug 4 Coopers 165/70/16 AT3 Sport bande op my DC ford bakkie gesit. Ekt die bande by Jaco van Dunlob Stilfontein op gesit, rede, Hyt my n beter prys gegee as die Cooper agent van Vryburg Ekt my rotering en balanserings in Vryburg by die Supa Quick gedoen oorlat ek Hier bly, ekt so 2mnde trug ondervind dat 1 van die bande se sy kant die rubber afkom. Ekt dit onder Ricardo se aandag gebring en hyt die saak Verder hanteer,(meet van loopvlakke, fotos, km lesings, dokumentasie van koop van bande ens, ekt als aan hom voorsien, 2keer!!nadat ek na n maand verby is niks van hom gehoor het nie) na n klomp foonoproepe ens, het hy aan my gese Dat Cooper se ek moet R1000 per band inbetaal en hulle sal Dan aan my 4 nuwe Cooper bande gee. Ekt gevoel dis teveel oorlat ek nog nie eers goeie waarde uit my huidige bande gekry het nie, maar het ingestem om te betaal en voort te gaan. Was vandag by die agent om bande opte sit, Ricardo was nie teenwoordig nie en JG het my gehelp, hy het aan my genoem toe ek intrek dat die bande(165/70/16 Cooper ATT) wat hy gekry het om opte sit nie dieselle is as die wat ek op het nie,Dat dit n ligter sywand het, en dat ek eindlik die Cooper LT moet opsit wat die 3ply wand het vir n bakkie, wat die Cooper AT3 Sport vervang het agv die sywand probleem.Dat die Cooper LT n beter band is. Hulle het nie voorraad gehad nie en kon my nie help nie, daar was ook geen REP om mee te praat nie of einge iemand van Cooper wat ek die saak aan kon voorle nie, of Wie die eis goed gekeer het nie. Ekt met die hoof verkoopsdame van Supa Quick gepraat wat aan diens was(kan nie haar Naam onthou nie) Syt gese sy Sal die saak met Rica (bestuurder) van Supa Quick Maandag verder vat. Eks Baie ongelukkig dat daar aan my n swakker/verkeerde bande wat minder km gee en nie die regte band vir n bakkie is nie, maar wel vir n SUV is, ek gaan Cooper Hoofkantoor ook met die saak verwittig, kon nie vandag nie, volgens JG werk hulle nie op Saterdag nie. Ek stuur ook graag aan u fotos van die bande. Ek het reeds gister al n boodskap op die hello Peter whatsapp nommer gestuur, maar dit het nie deurgegaan nie
CAN NOT BLOCK STOLEN CELLPHONE ref ********** 03 After my mothers cellphone was stolen, mtn (Kgomosto Mspe) was not able to block the cellphone itself. I gave him the serial number, but he was not able to block the phone. Another company (Natshure) has to do it and could not block it. Thus the person unlawfully in possession of her phone has MTN and Natshure's passive support to use the stolen phone!!! That is bad
