I have requested tables, chairs, chair covers and glasses from this company. All I have received thus far was a pending invoice. When I asked for confirmation several times, i am totally ignored. This service is non existant.... I would not refer them to anybody to hire anything. There is NO communication whatsoever. I am disappointed. Now I have to make another plan because my event is in 2 weeks time. The lady does not even answer calls when you phone for confirmation. Who knows if she would even deliver as was agreed in the mail if shy cannot even answer a simple phone call.
Would not recommend. Ordered 24 wings and only received 21 on delivery. They are *****ing customers food and we pay the full price. I will never order from them again. Not the first time this happened.
This business is ****ming people out of their money. They sell online furniture to people and when the money is received she removed people from the group and do not answer calls. No deliveries are made and gone with the money!!!! The no advertised is 083 632 0351
Germiston branch is not even deserving of 1 star. 6 months ago I went for contact lenses of which I was told that my medical aid would pay for it for the next 2 years (with only a small amount payable when I collect). 6 months in, I had to get another prescript. Now my medical aid is apparently without funds, I cannot get another 6 months contacts without paying out of my pocket. And all they can say is "eish I am so sorry". Why lie to customers from the beginning? Even my last glasses I took there for repair was messed up with superglue and was still not fixed when I collected. Now I must go the next 18 months, half-blind, with scratched glasses and no contacts and they just feel a flying feather for you!!!! All they can say is "Eish I am so sorry".
I want to thank the plumber Edward who rendered an outstanding service. Fast, efficient and just brilliant job he did. Would surely recommend Edward to anyone.
On 3 December 2022, upon arriving home after a day out, I found a medium dog in front of my house sitting at the gate. According to my neighbor she had been sitting there the whole day. I posted a message on our Ward group and waited and hour before reporting the lost dog to the SPCA. Within a few minutes a car stopped in front of my gate. It was the owner collecting her pet. She had been looking for her the whole day. 10 Minutes later the SPCA vehicle also stopped at my house to ensure that the dog was handed over to the owner. Top service from SPCA. The official explained that the owner had reported the lost dog earlier to them and when I called to report the lost dog in front of my house, they immediately called her.
I just want to thank Affordable Cars, Kempton Park especially Francois and Damien for their superb service!! What a great experience we had with buying my car from them. Thank you guys for your professionalism and hospitality.
I have been struggling since January 2021 to cancel one of my contracts with MTN. I am currently not using my 3G but still pay every month. On many occasions when I call MTN to cancel, they either have a slow system or no system at all. Sometimes they tell you that they will get someone to call you back but they don't. They answer quickly but when put through to the MTN Cancellation Department, it is a total nightmare. It is as if MTN does not want to cancel contracts. It is a total frustration. On 14/09/2021 I held on for almost 2 hours on the phone and still no answer. On 15/09/2021 I went to the Lambton, Germiston branch where I do all my business with MTN. But now I am told that they do not do cancellations and that I had to call MTN on 135. There was 1 female MTN employee half lying on the chair. When I told the lady at the door that I am not getting any assistance from the Cancellation Dept., the lady lying on the chair laughed. It is so frustrating to be turned away and not getting any help from MTN call centre. When I left the shop, she was laughing from her stomach, almost screaming with laughter. After all these years I have been with MTN I was never treated like this before and was in disbelief of what I saw. I feel like cancelling all my contracts with MTN and do business elsewhere as they are utmost unprofessional employing staff like her. She does not belong in that shop!!
I bought a bedroom suite from House of Salim in Alberton in December 2020. When the bedside tables was installed to the headboard, the headboard's holes didn't match up with the bedside tables. This caused the drawers to be tight and not open and close properly. I called Mohammed and they exchanged the bedside tables for me within a few days. Overall not too bad service from this company.
DSV did not deliver my parcel from MTN (ref. No. ********** 5* ********** ) as the appointment was made for Tuesday, 17 July 2018 between 13.00 and 15.00. When I phoned the courier company after 16.00 to trace my parcel, they tried to get hold of the driver. I was put on hold for over half an hour of which the driver did not even answer his phone. This is totally unacceptable as I am on leave and had made other appointments. Now I have to cancel all my appointments and wait another day (or who knows how long) for my parcel to be delivered. I don't even know if they will deliver today as they have not rescheduled the appointment with me. My MTN new contract was already debited from my account and I still haven't got my new handsets. So how do you pay for service that hasn't even been rendered???? This is totally unacceptable service!!!!
