It seems like everybody has the same problem. After cancellation AND a reference number Telkom continues to deduct not 1 but 3 debit orders from my account. The banks cannot do anything thus this criminal action continues. There is no way of getting hold of Telkom. Thus the theft of money continues. Is there NOBODY that can do something about this ?? Can we get Carte Blache involved ??
Took bakkie in for service and found top gasket blown. After 3 weeks of multiple phone calls and personal visits I got it back after waiting 2 hours after they said it would be ready. Not washed and workers soiled footprints visible. After 3 weeks it AGAIN leaked water. After promises to collect the morning I had to contact them again to collect. It now has been 5 days and no phone call, mail or sms to inform me what is going on. I thought a second chance might help but this is pathetic service.
