I contacted Renault Nelspruit on Friday. The lady at the reception repeatedly kept on responding in her own language when I wanted to confirm if that's the workshop department until I asked her to speak English. she was very rude and unapologetic and I didn't understand wat was her motive behind her rudeness.
I am so ****ed off with uber service. I requested a ride to Johannesburg park station and paid through bank account this morning for my mom and sister. The uber driver DT52GLGP was not friendly at all. I asked him to drop my mom by the ba*****t parking at park station and he told me I have to pay R10 parking fee which I gave it to him cash. The trip was estimated R29. I was surprised to learn that I was charged a total of R46 by the end of the trip which includes ‘”R5 base parking” I don’t know what that is all about and I want my R10 back.Prio to that, I requested a ride on Sunday afternoon on the 22/07/10 at park station JHB. The driver told me to come to come to braamgate a building that I didn’t know. I did tell him I don’t know the building and he said I should go to the nearby robots.I went to the robots and the driver just drove past me and never came back.no phone call or anything he just sent a text saying “m here”. I had to cancel the trip and request another one, same thing happened and at that time I was with my mom and my sister in the cold and my mom suffers from a condition that does not allow her to get cold. I told the second driver to call me because we had no mutual understanding on the chats we had and he insisted that I come to the braamgate even though I told him I didn’t know the building and he kept saying I should ask security guards which were nowhere to be found where I was.The service was pathetic and the driver kept telling me about safety purposes when it was one of their drivers who directed me to go to the robots. I don’t know how uber couldn’t fetch me from those robots because there were actually 2 taxyfy drivers parked by the same robots. I don’t understand why I wasn’t called when I requested to be called so we could make things easier. My mom’s health and the safety of my cellphone was at risk while I was waiting for uber. I paid 2 if not 3 trips including cancellations and I didn’t not even get serviced, I ended up getting a taxify and a very great service from them. I need answers from uber really.
