I’m so disappointed with the service i got from Renault today…. I called earlier for them to tell the driver to pick me up at 3’clock, since then I’ve been waiting at gate and no driver has come. Mind you it’s 4’clock now and i even cancelled my appointment with the patient so that i don’t delay them but, they didn’t come on the exact time and, as I’m writing this I’m still waiting! Bad bad service!

I am extremely disappointed with the appalling service from Renault Nelspruit regarding my 2019 Renault Kwid (HZ 26 CD GP). A simple diagnostic issue in early 2025 turned into a frustrating three-month ordeal. After a delayed diagnosis and purchasing a clutch actuator on February 21st, I faced poor communication, broken promises, and was told to keep my broken car at home. I discovered the part had arrived over a week before I was notified on April 24th. The earliest service appointment is May 7th, adding another two weeks to the already excessive wait. The lack of urgency and communication has been unacceptable, causing business losses and destroying my confidence in Renault. I regret my purchase and will not recommend the brand. I urge you to resolve this urgently

My car was taking in yesterday to be checked because it stopped working after 3 months of purchase, the dealership is not helpful at all, i am not contacted for update and when i called no one wanted to assist me

I would like to thank Themba khoza for his service. He is such an amazing person he helped me through out the process and it never ended there he ensures that the car is treating me good at all times and if i experience something I'm welcome to contact him at any time. We are not just clients to him he treats his clients so good even after the purchase.

Affordable vehicles. A very good new and used car dealership. Nice central location which is easily accessible. There are a wide range of vehicles in stock. The staff are professional and very helpful. I was offered assistance as soon as I arrived. There is also secure parking on the premises. Worth visiting if interested in purchasing a new or used car.

I contacted Renault Nelspruit on Friday. The lady at the reception repeatedly kept on responding in her own language when I wanted to confirm if that's the workshop department until I asked her to speak English. she was very rude and unapologetic and I didn't understand wat was her motive behind her rudeness.

I moved into one their apartment with my husband and my 3 year old on the 26/03/2020. We found so many faults and some faults we were told they fix the ones that were visible before we moved in. Only after we moved in we were told the maintainance people are not working due the lockdown. Apart from the other faults there, we had a leaking toilet that caused a smell in the shower room and was sealed but the other part of the toilet that's still leaking was ignored. The mold stench that's causing my done and I to have a continuous cough every night and my sinus reacts. I always wake up with a headache and painful eyes. I have communicated with the agent, manager and the maintainance guy and not even one of them can give a solution to the mold stench. Current we on medication that we cannot afford, we been asking relatives to assist us with money. There's an apartment in the same complex that Only Realty is managing and it's vacant. We requested to be moved there while they fix the faults, but we were declined. We even requested to cancel our contract if they don't allow us to transfer the other unit without being charged the panalty fee because of their negligence and inconvenience, but they ignored that part of the letter. Our health is at risk we feel that the agence don't care, as long as their business regarding the rental goes on. The agency sent through maintainance people that did not solve the major issue that is the mold stench but instead we were disrespected (the one maintainance guy rinsed the outside toilet pipe in the kitchen sink. We tried addressing it but he came back again and rinsed his hands at the same place) and they did not care how affected we will be with the paint smell as well after they were done. Most of the problems they came to fix was not properly fixed and the rest of the other problems that also had to be fixed, we were told that the owner will fix it at a later stage. They send through charges that were not clarified as any other chargers we know and read about in the lease agreement. The disposal charge that's not mensioned in rands but the rest of the other charges are mension Ed in rands. We finally decided that we moving out as this flat has no peace and is causing health issues, we are told that we are liable for the owners loss of income. After all we have been through and the communications we sent through since the first month we moved in. We feel we were robbed and disrespected as tenant. They are taking an advantage that of the whole pandemic issue we facing as a country because we cannot get into contact with the Rent Tribunal and we will be loosing our deposit. The whole estate agency has a serious problem.

Bad, horrible service ever, on the 28 of January i took my car in for service, they quoted all the things that needed to be replaced including brake pads and i payed for all that, after picking up the car i noticed there was a funny sound coming from the brake pads, i thought maybe its because they were replaced which never happened before, on Monday 17 February i called them to ask if i can bring the car in to be checked and it was booked for today 19 February. Now they are telling me i need to replace a disk and the new brakes they changed last month and telling me a lot of stories that i don't understand and no one can explain clear to me. I've serviced my car there since i bought it 2012 and everytime i took it in for service they will always put all the old things they replaced in the car for me to check and throw it away my self. For the first time all the things they said they have replaced were not in the car and now my car is having a problem and they are saying i should have asked for them. I'm so angry at the service they are giving me and not prepared to pay for new brakes that didn't even last for a month.
