I've been paying a cellphone insurance for years, now the phone is damaged they are declining my claim with no valid reason, when I call I'm being sent from on place to another, when I log in in the app there is no update about the claim.
I have been told that I have been handed over ITC but when i go to the shop they say my account is upto date, I called the help desk (customer care) and they are also telling me they can't pick up anything, I've tried calling the legal department with no luck, I applied for a job and they can't give me the Job if I can provide with proof that I've arranged to pay or I'm not on ITC. Please help me out on this matter.
I had a the best birthday ever, spent my whole birthday there with the my sisters, service was out of this world, all the sessions I did was more than perfect, it was my first time having a stomach massage ohhhh my God and it was perfect, I give all the ladies 100% shem, forgetting not Dineo who did my back, neck and shoulder massage until I fall into deep sleep, ohh Nonhlanhla, the manager on duty was outstanding, I'll definitely go back there. My top of the range bucket list.
Their assessor doesn't know what he is doing, they didn't fixed my car to my satisfaction
Bad service My car was damaged by hail and got chipped on the right side, I called to put a claim in and was referred to global hail solutions, and they told me to take the car to Huson Speedshop for repair, they didn't ask for pictures or anything, in the process of the car being fixed a consultant from Huson Speedshop called to say budget rejected the chipp claim, i called to find out why and I'm told it doesn't look like hail damage, I then called my insurance to explain my situation and they promised to call me back within 2-4 hours on Monday 25 June 2021 around 10h00 up until today the 17th of June I'm still waiting for their call. I'm been without a car for almost 3 weeks now. I want to find out how does a hail chipped damage looks like, if the hail managed to brake the rubber on the windows why does the assessor say the few chipped places doesn't look like hail damage? If I have to claim for that separately what should my reason be since I'm 100% sure it was from the hail? And I'm worried I have to pay twice for access for a single incident. I'm very disappointed with my insurance company which I've with for more than 10 years now.
Poor service They talk to people like they are addressing animals those people, after taking my car for hail damage now being told the chip on the side doesn't look like hail damage, how should hail damage chip looks like exactly?? Because I'm 100% sure I was chipped during the storm. They take advantage of people not knowing the right terms to use in such cases, I'm very disappointed on this company never wish to cross path with them again even if I have to change my insurance
Poor service received from your consultant, after sending in my claim for hail damage I was told to take my car to Huson Speedshop in nelspruit which is closer to where I'm staying, when I get there I asked them to send me a quotation of what ever they are going to do on the car which they did, now they are saying that my insurance doesn't approve some of the damage in the car because their assessor say the damage doesn't look like it was from the storm, if they can help me with telling or showing me how does a hail damage chip looks like since I'm 100% sure that I got chipped from the hail, now they are telling me to claim it separately which seems to me like they are taking advantage of me not knowing terms used when car is damaged from hail. I wish my insurance had sent me to other people who knows how to deal with people's issues.
It's been a month now my contract expired, I call, emailed but seems like I will never be assisted, I need to change my number from contract to prepaid, they even called me on the 16th of February saying it will be charged in three days but up until today 01 March still not charged. They don't even explain why or if there is something I need to do on my side.. Horrible Service from Mtn I regret the day I decided to be their client.
Poor service from mtn call center.. I finished paying my contract in January, I went to the shop to ask them to change it to prepaid, the consultant said they only cancel at the branch but changing to prepaid i have to call the call center. I've been calling since the 5th of February Holding for an hour but when they finally pick up the phone they hang up after I explain that I want to change from contract to prepaid. Now I'm not even sure if they changed it or not.
I've been with budget insurance for a very long time, early this year someone from budget called me selling the scratch and dent cover, i agreed only because i trusted budget, little did i know it was a scam. My car got scratched in September and i called to put a claim, they sent me a whatsapp asking for pictures of the car, scratch and all sorts of things. Up until today they've been quiet. I'm very disappointed with budget insurance for the first time in all the years I've been with them.
