Poor service received from your consultant, after sending in my claim for hail damage I was told to take my car to Huson Speedshop in nelspruit which is closer to where I'm staying, when I get there I asked them to send me a quotation of what ever they are going to do on the car which they did, now they are saying that my insurance doesn't approve some of the damage in the car because their assessor say the damage doesn't look like it was from the storm, if they can help me with telling or showing me how does a hail damage chip looks like since I'm 100% sure that I got chipped from the hail, now they are telling me to claim it separately which seems to me like they are taking advantage of me not knowing terms used when car is damaged from hail. I wish my insurance had sent me to other people who knows how to deal with people's issues.

My car had hail damage dents, they took it for repairs and it has been there for 4 weeks now. They don't update me, when I call their office they ask me to leave my car registration and my phone number and promise that they phone me back bt they don't

Dear Sir/Mam I went to collect my car from Automagic who is working with Global Hail in Pietermarirzburg on Victoria Street. When I got there the care yop cover was tampere with. The Global Hail staff called Phillip Van Rensburg was very rude when he was asked to fix the car top cover he tampered with. He was violent and was came close to us with mask off ,no social distance or anything from him. He also informed his employer over the phone not to take any complaints from us. Can the insurances please look into this, not to refer clients to people who put treat clients with disrespect of that manner. We also urge panelbeaters not to work with people of such unprofessional behaviour. I believe that when you try to fix a car as panelbeater and you happen to tamper with something, you need to take responsibility for your actions ,not to to tell clients lies that nothing was tampered with while you actually did destroy other car parts. Phillip was very rude and unprofessional, therefore we left the car at the panelbeater as we couldn't take it with the top cover not fixed as with was when we brought the car in for repairs.

Global Hail Solutions went the extra mile in always keeping me updated on the status of car when it was in for repairs.

Their staff is helpful, reliable and always ready to assist.

Even when no one could get a hold of Renew-it, they were willing to walk over and find out exactly what was going on with my car and always kept me in the loop even when it was not their job to do so.

Thank you for great service!!

My car was handed in for hail damage repairs on 10 Dec 2015. On Friday 18 Dec I was told that the vehicle is almost ready and I will get it back before Christmas. Apparently the only thing left to do was painting as the assessor has already approved everything. When phoning again the following week I was told that they are still waiting for the assessor. I then questioned this as they told me he was already there. Then I was told to query this with a lady named Justine, as she is the only one that can assist me. When asking them to transfer my call I was informed that she has gone on holiday and no one else can assist. They gave me a cell nr but there was no answer. I then decided to let it rest till after Christmas. I phoned the office again today, 28 December and was told that no one will be able to give me any information until the 4th of January.
My complaint is therefore about the communication between this company and their clients. Why not tell me when the car is brought in that the car will only be ready in the new year as they are closing for the festive period? If I was informed beforehand I would not be this highly disgusted with the level of service. This is unacceptable
