<p>We ordered 2 wicked zinger box meals and asked for 1 of the burgers to be "original" or not to burn - thats it easy right. On our return home we realised that they in fact did not give us any chilli salt, they gave us a fully loaded box meal (with a drum stick and original burger) in a wicked zinger's box - charged us for a wicked zinger and made the other wicked zinger burger an original burger as well. Is this really so hard?! This is a reoccurring problem and we are now sick of it. With this type of service we see no reason to support Kfc any longer! </p>

\My\" insurance company referred me to Renew-it Randburg to fix the hail damage on my car. Renew-it scratched my car in the process and I tried to inform Dial Direct of this.<br> <br> I logged a complaint on Friday and was told that it will be escalated and that a manager will be in touch shortly - after receiving no call, I phoned again on Monday and was again told that the person handling this query will call me that same day. By Thursday I still had not heard a thing and decided to phone once again as I was having further problems with the Renew-it, I was told that the manager from this department was not in office and I will be phoned with further details the following day.<br> <br> The call center agent (Marcia) phoned me on the Friday morning and assured me that the manager will be in touch before COB on Friday. I am STILL waiting for this call to come through - who knows if it will ever happen?!<br> <br> It might be time to look for a new insurance company as this service is unacceptable!!<br> <br> If you have to complain about the complaints department something surely has to be going very wrong..."
After taking my car to Renew-it Randburg for hail damage on recommendation of my insurance company, the car was booked in and repaired.Upon fetching the car we noticed a deep scratch on the left passenger door which was not there when booking in the car, thus the car had to be booked back in to repair the door that THEY scratched. <br> <br> This is firstly unacceptable - but accidents happen right? The problem comes in when you have to get to work for an extended amount of time with no car for something they did, and being promised that the car would be fixed within 5 days and not delivering on the promise. It is impossible to get hold of anyone from this company - no consultant ever gets back to you and in the end I had to rely on an employee from the hail damage department to keep me updated on the status of my car. Now 2 days later we notice that the left passenger door electric window doesn't work. Who knew that is something you had to test when picking up the car?! <br> <br> The service is absolutely shocking and I will not refer anyone to this company unless you want your car broken and damaged!<br> <br> Please note that by saying a consultant will be in touch does not fix this problem!!
